Ya I just looked at that reddit link and ended up calling them and they did confirm that they received my submission and it was valid. So that is encouraging. Just keep watchin for the email then. 😃👍

So I carefully filled out my mail in submission and mailed it with plenty of time to get there. 

 

BUT I just called and they claimed to not have my submission. I'm pretty pissed, but don't have any way to fix the problem.

Not really, it was quick, they just asked me to confirm my name and DOB. Had to call a few times though because if you're on hold for 10 mins or so they'll direct you to voicemail and you have to hang up and call back. Only took me about 3 tries to get through though.

I called in as well, took me roughly 5 calls to get through.  They confirmed my submission and said I will be getting an email next week.

Did you buy the driver then fill out the online form or no purchase entry via Mail in?

Hey fellas I was going to wait but I got fidgety and decided to call. Turns out they had misspelled my name in the system and switched a “u” for an “o” in both my name and email address. I wrote VERY clearly when I submitted it so I’m really not sure how they somehow misread it. Nevertheless she corrected it and forwarded it along to Callaway. That being said I would recommend you calling if you haven’t. She said emails go out next week and if I hadn’t called it never would have shown up in my inbox.

Thanks for the email address. Sent a message about my mail in entry and they replied within the hour. Said the info was sent to Callaway and we should hear from them early next week.

I’m glad some of you had good luck! I unfortunately have had a terrible time dealing with links unlimited. They confirmed my submission, name, dob, etc however they stated there was no email on file and nothing could be done about it. I even sent a picture with a time stamp of the day I sent my submission with the actual letter sent and they denied it. I’m currently in the process of talking with Callaway corporate so my hopes are quickly dwindling but gonna continue to try and make it happen. All in all, super upsetting but I’m glad some of you are getting paid out!

Thanks.  Do you have any idea if we can apply it to an online order?  The closest DSG to me is about 35 minutes away and it is quite small in the golf department  (they do not have anything I am interested in).  A store about 70 minutes from me has the right head  (the shaft will be a bust no matter where I go so I will be selling off the shaft with almost absolute certainty).  I also need to double check which drivers are eligible for the promotion.

The lady I spoke to on the phone said it was likely to be extended since there were delays in getting the email out so hopefully we get some buffer time.
