They work fine…just like any other shaft would.

Do you have a specific question about the shafts? No one can tell you how they will perform when it’s in yours hands.

I'm looking at the UB-HD-IZ 6. Anyone have some experience with these shafts and this head?

Not specifically with TSi2 head but have experienced with TS3 head.

I would say UB would be the lowest launch and spin combo.

HD would be slightly higher in terms of launch and spin. I would say slightly better feel TP with quite similar performance... Maybe HD would be slightly more active.

IZ is the highest launch and spin. Not crazy balloon high. I would say more mid flight actually. You will feel a more distinct kick with this shaft. Distance wise this was the longest for me personally.

Let me know if you want to know more.

I have HD in my driver. Definitely a pronounced kick. I’d call it mid-high launch and it’s definitely not the lowest spin option out there. I do sometimes turn it over a bit too much, but that’s just me sucking at golf. I love the feel — like, I don’t know if I’ve ever hit a driver shaft that felt better to me, that’s how much I like it — though I’m probably going to be looking at options to bring my launch and spin down a bit this winter. Maybe the solution is just an 8 degree head. We’ll see.

Then I have DI in my TSi3 16.5 degree fairway wood. Right now it’s my favorite club in the bag. So smooth, with an nice and well-timed kick. High launch and mid spin, but it’s a fairway wood so I don’t mind those things. There’s a reason it’s such a legendary shaft. I’ve tested it in a driver several times and it’s just a total no-go — way too high-launching and high-spinning. Similar results with the IZ, although it did want to go straighter than the DI did in a driver.

They’re not as new and don’t have the AD DI-type legacy, but the VR and TP are great too, depending on what you’re looking for.

I like blueboard-type soft-mid profiles, so lots of GD stuff works well for me. I hate the XC, but those who like a whiteboard might dig it.

I have read some posts saying people found the UB more fade bias.

Just to touch on this specifically, the idea of shafts having a left/right bias (regardless of what ANY marketing will tell you) is purely down to the user. You might be able to draw a very loose correlation between softer shafts and more left bias (for a righty), but there will be far too many exceptions to consider that correlation useful. Shafts are a timing device that you need to "try on" for yourself. Even launch and spin aren't guaranteed since there are several other significantly stronger factors that will override any shaft's contributions.

I do understand all of this. I'm looking for user experience not this type of feedback. Thanks

I have hit all 3. I went with the HD in driver, until the UB was released and it replaced the HD. I found the UB was harder to turn over and if I missed left, my miss was less severe. I actually went with the UB-5x in the driver.

I found the IZ to work really well in my 4 wood and 7 wood. Felt a little loose in Driver.
