PXG delivery times and customer service excellent experience

Yeah I got the tracking info yesterday, now it’s in FedEx’s hands…. Delivery says Thursday but it could end up getting here sometime next thanksgiving for all I know

😂 I checked the Fed Ex tracking a twice today, just for laughs.

First time it said delivery scheduled for this Saturday. Then next time (3 hours later) it said “arriving ahead of schedule” on Sunday instead of the scheduled Monday delivery date.

You can never underestimate how truly bad Fed Ex is until you’ve dealt with them.

Ordered Gen 4 driver, 0311 P irons, and 2 wedges through DD. Order was placed Feb 1., scheduled to be delivered today, Feb 10. Pretty great turn around, especially since DD is the middle man and clubs get shipped to them first!

Thank goodness I'm local and can pick up my orders. I feel your pain, FedEx really is the worst option out of all the "big 3" right now.

I’m not sure if this is the best place to put this, but PXG’s shipping costs were lowered today… a lot.

Single club from $30 down to $17, two from $60 to $18.

So i got fitted on a Saturday June 10th at the Dallas PXG store and got my clubs (6-GW and a driver) on 17 June. For reference, i live in Wichita Falls, north Texas. The building of my clubs was 2 days after i was fitted/purchased, keep in mind that a Sunday was included in that time frame. Shipment was 3 days (that’s Fed Ex not PXG’s issue). The only thing that i can don’t PXG on was getting the clubs to FedEx. Based on the PXG tracking, the were built on Monday 12 June 2023 and not given to FedEx until Wednesday 14 June 2023( not a huge deal just a reference since i was like a kid in Christmas waiting in my clubs). All in all, best golf experience i have never had including the cost, fitting, shipment/packaging, and delivery. Something to note about cost, i am military so i got a great discount with the PXG Heroes Program. I paid $1034 after tax for 6-GW and a driver for the 2022 0211 clubs. Whatever issues people were talking about for PXG deliver seem to be resolved in my opinion. Great experience. 

FYI - Rob Cacurak fitted me at the Dallas PXG store. I highly recommend him to anyone in the area. It was a great fitting…he explained all the science, was not trying to upsell me, and essentially gave me a free lesson. My drive increased by 40 yards from his teachings. Dude is awesome!

I do know that if, regardless of your build date, they aren't packaged by 3:00 p.m. on packaging day they're going out in the next day shipment. But overall, a lot of the issues are coming out of the FedEx Phoenix distribution center and are really out of PXG's control. Overall, they do it a superb job and getting equipment out the door.

Anyone have any pxg promo codes for clubs or shipping discount? I messed up my pitching wedge and need a replacement. Stuck weight turned into this disaster.

If it were me, I'd try drilling it out from the opposite side of the club. I don't use that part anyways...

OUCH... At this point I guess there's nothing to lose. Did you try torch or heat the crap out of it? I also had a weight I couldn't get out on Gen 4 0311ST. I gave up trying when it broke 2 torx security bits. That club has graphite MMT shaft so I was afraid to heat it too much. Had it been a steel shaft, I would have gone nuts with heat gun. 

 

On another note, I have never seen or heard of any promo codes or free shipping codes for PXG site. PXG Express on ebay send out promo codes from time to time but of course it's a hit or miss what they have.
