New Taylormade driver spotted on the Japanese market…cos I’m weird and trawl their sites every now and then. Quite often they change slightly from the Japanese market to the US and Europe (maybe rest of world too?!).

I love seeing all the speculation LOL. I actually miss the late summer/fall hunt for info. This forum has so many gear heads that are near and dear to my hart. As I cannot release any info I will say that im as excited about what Callaway has coming than ever before. Try to keep things as real as possible with you all and im 100% certain 2023 will surprise a lot of you. I can't wait to share it all. Im jacked up.

I hope you’re right. I think their current line up is the worst they had in years IMO. I wanted to be a callaway guy through out the bag. Apex are crazy thick now. They look crazy plain. Apex pro lost that great forged feeling. Xforged and tcb didn’t feel as good as I was hoping. I wanted a majority callaway in my bag this year. I ended up with jaws raw 50, 54, 58 and a Toulon putter. I feel callaway has nowhere to go but up. I do thing they DCB were your best upgrade for higher handicap

Appreciate the honesty. Of course I disagree but thats what makes these forums fun and vital to making sure everyone is making the most informed decision for their games. Our 2023 line-up is bananas (in a good way) and the most ambitious we have had in a long time. I think you will all be very pleased.

I see the driver battle being between TSR3, G430LST, and I think Srixon are going to be sneaky good. 

 

TSR2+ will be in the bag, unless incan unlock the potential in the stealth + 3 wood.

 

Hybrids could stick with g425. 

 

Irons im totally open. Srixon look good to me. 

 

Wedges i really liked the look of the new RTX6, and like the Glide 4.0

 

Putter. Unsure. Ive never recovered from losing an old putter that was stolen. I keep getting told i need a slight arc, but I've used face balanced since I was a kid. Need to experiment.

A thread here talks about the new details about 7mc/mb. Apparently the mc is going to be more so the same with more forgiveness near the toe area.

Tour Edge doesn't get a ton of love on here but rumor has it they are coming out with a 723 line in the Exotics line.  Also should be one schedule to replace their Pro Forged irons.  Both expected in January.

I've spent enough money on club equipment this year.  PXG and Callaway's numbers are surging because of me.  PXG should go public, buy some stock and then I'd probably retire comfortably.   I'm holding off now until after the PGA show in January to see what is in the hopper for 2023.  I need new hybrids and will re evaluate whats coming to market for spring 2023 probably in Feb/March 2023.   With my luck, PXG will probably release Gen 6 irons as well.....

Sticking with rogue st line of woods for another season.  Love both the triple diamond the ls 3 wood.  The 3 wood has been incredible!  Irons, still searching.  Might go back to Srixon.  PXG gen 4T’s are interesting as well.  For wedges, I’m thinking of giving the jaws raw a test. They look fantastic from address.
