Another great deal on one club;

 

CPO has just one Cobra King Tec 2023 model hybrid (19* 3h, MMT 70 regular) in stock for like $104 after discount in VG condition. Its not listed on the website so you have to call to order it,.

I ordered a set of Apex irons on Sunday when they were offering a 25% discount.  They then were offering a 30% discount on Cyber Monday.  I sent an email to customer service requsting a partial refund (5%) under their Price Guaranty.  I got a response later that day saying they had processed the refund and that I would receive a credit on my credit card within the next 24 to 48 hours.  

 

I have had a lot of transactions with Callaway Preowned which have all gone well, and they continue to be great to work with.

I think they prefer the current model where I do this for ya'll for free 😂

yea their customer service is pretty top notch. I'm waiting to see what they release on the site after the sale is "over" then will call in to order

I think never, but Third can probably confirm.

 

The 2x tradein was only for Callaway proper on certain new clubs.

 

2x on CPO would be epic.

Correct, CPO has never done 2X trade-in. That was only new clubs on the regular website as stated.

About 2.5 days as of last Thursday. Guess they sold a boatload with the 30% off

They printed a shipping label for me on Tuesday but still haven't shipped.... All good. God knows I have plenty of golf clubs.

I have never had a scenario ever with CPO where they provide tracking and it's not immediately moving with UPS by 5PM EST that same day.

 

Theres an issue somewhere.

Still just saying label created and gives me tracking number but no sign that it is moving..... It all says under order information, partially shipped

From time to time an item will ship without being scanned, then it suddenly appears at the front door.  Hope that's what happened to you.

Did you do a trade-in?  They also send a label create/shipped email associated with the trade-in shipment from you to them.  It confused me once.  The trade-in could be the "part" of the order that has "shipped".

They are taking a bit long right now…. Ordered a driver and some shafts with modifications. It’s taking 4 days. 
 

but like others have said….. no shortage of clubs to play right now.

Yeah, I ordered a putter last Thursday 11/30 that is still "Being Processed".  Hoping it will ship out today.

 

Also for trade-ins, those starting to stretch out again?  They really got caught up a couple months back.  My most recent trade was delivered to their dock Monday 11/27, so hopefully it will be fully processed by the end of this week.

Does anyone have an idea when the Paradym Super Hybrid will hit CPO?  I have the Epic version and absolutely love it but it will hit a lower spin bomb every once in a while.  Saw from the design team these were designed to spin a bit more but also offer better consistency.  Thanks!

They have them in stock just cant sell them. Or at least when I checked a month or so ago. The SH is always a late season release so at least 6 months after that. Always good to call them and ask, though.

In other news, two tour issue jaws forged wedges popped up in the regular wedge listing but already sold. Was just one 50* and 54* model. (at retail in the USA callaway only release a 52, 56, 60*)

As an update....I ordered on the 27th and am supposed to receive on thursday.

I ordered a Paradym TD driver late on the 27th and it shipped first thing the 29th. Delivered a couple days later.

My order from Friday shipped today. Still seems to be about 2 business days to ship.

 

If you are having custom modifications done to the club then expect about a week it seems.
