Will be interesting to see what Titleist does with both loft and length of these new irons.

 

Club lengths keep getting longer, even some iron sets now, and lofts stronger. It's a race to the first 39* Pitching Wedge.

I got the same invite for two weeks from today. It was definitely for the new models as it discussed them in the invite. I’m not sure I’m going though. I seem to be changing irons like my underwear at this point.

it's a "you now absolutely need a (second) gap wedge" all over again

 

and mostly so people who don't really think about specs can hit their 7iron farther on a demo day ... good job golf industry!!!

Some of the clubs you’re speaking of are exceptions to the rule. You’re talking super game improvement irons. One day i probably will but i don’t need to concern myself with the likes of T400 or T350 lofts. They’re made for certain players that need a lot of help.

T200 has a 43* PW

Exactly, I could care less how far I hit a 7 iron. I want it to go a consistent distance every time and to gap appropriately through the set down to my 60* wedge.

I've hated the T200 look since release but these are definitely promising, hopefully the feel is improved as well. I game the T100S's but I could use a touch more forgiveness

Definitely looking forward to seeing the T200 utility builds, IMHO Titleist peaked with the U500. Current Gen T200 is an odd "evolution".

I LOVE the U500 in my 4-iron. It is one of my favorite clubs in the bag.

Same here.  I was just fit for the new T200 4 utility build, and it looks good, feels good, and sounds much better than the prior version.  I still have a U500 head that I can throw a shaft into - and probably still will - but the new T200 was solid during my fitting.
