They made the plastic badges look more metal-like on this release compared to the last version.

Purely from looking at the picture above, it appears it's definitely a polymer or plastic type of some sort.   Looks very similar to the finish on the current T200 (badge part)   

 

I do have a hard time believing they would use the exact same material as the current T200 with all the negative feedback it received.   But perhaps it's the only material that works for design and stays within the weight they need it.      All just strictly my guesses.   I'm sure we'll hear more it gets in hand of either Greg or others.

Looks like they kept the same sole design as the current models

None of that will be released until the public release later this summer (July/August)

Titleist getting negative feedback on the plastic badges and then doubling down by doing more plastic badges, basically telling their customers you'll get plastic badges and like it, is the most white coat power move.  It also seems like they have to do something to the 200 to make it slightly unappealing as to prevent any cannibalism of their darling 100/150 model.

is the plastic badging not related to weight distribution? I don't really understand why it matters, just buy irons from another OEM if you really hate the plastic badge.

I’d imagine that they are doing away with the T300 and T400 and combining it to a single T350. Especially considering they did the T100 and T150 and looks like there’s S versions of those as well.

The T200 looks much better in the ad pic than the IRL photo. Looks like satin in the ad and chrome/poly in the IRL.  Other than that they renamed the t100s and the t350? Guess I’m not blown away yet.

I would think they have to make it a polymer for weight distribution, but if they did not learn a lesson: facepalm!

Wow yea i cant believe they stuck with the plastic backplate… but what do i know 🤷‍♂️. Everything looks like a rerun of last release… except the t150. Which to me is a rebirth of ap2

Because I would like the T-200 in shape and forgiveness. The plastic in and of itself is NOT the issue. It is the subsequent AWEFUL feel and sound that I cannot get over.
