Owned four (yes FOUR) sets on this list (don't judge me) and while the options were impressive, it has been a long time since I fell in love with a set of irons like I have with the Mizuno Pro 223's.  A perfect blend of technology without sacrificing feel. And the sound is pure Mizuno too.  When your playing partners say "Man do those irons SOUND good," you know you pured it because you can't fake flush.

The '23 TM P770's are the best Irons I've ever owned, and my confidence with them is growing more and more with every round!

Love the looks, feel, control, consistency, and they are decently forgiving for what they are as well.

Judging by the number of i230 votes vs G430 votes is indicative of the WRX skillset.  😇

And the ZX7 underlines it.

My new ZX7 MKii with Modus 3 120s kicked Callaway Mixed Apex & Apex Pros out of my bag just because of Apex's. Apex Pro were great but need all of my irons to have same soles.

I have played the '21 T100 all season, but you have to be a relatively good ball striker with them.  My set is 5-PW.  They are really for those who can hit the center of the clubface consistently, so plan on some range time with them.  Thin hits and those a little higher on the face will cost distance.   I love the look and feel of them.  I ordered a T150 5 iron, and it will be coming this week with same specs and shaft as the T100 irons and will be comparing performance between the two.

If I can vote for two, Mizuno JPX Tour and Ping i230. Although, the Tour edges it for me. For me its blade length, feel, satin finish, and performance.

Never in a million years did I ever think I'd post this but, The PXG Gen 6 XP irons might be the best GI iron I've played in 37 years.

Callaway Rogue ST Pro wasn't on the list. Maybe it's considered a 2022 iron? But, other irons on the list would have come out before that one, I think.  ST Pro is in first for me. Mizuno Pro 223 is a VERY close second, maybe even tied for first.

I just finished my season with the Callaway Paradym irons.  They were my first set in over 20 years that were not SGI shovels with tons of offset and thick top line.

It's been amazing, and I never understood the whole "feel" and "looks" thing until this year.

They're easy to hit, and my 150 and in has been the best it's ever been.

I also really liked the stiff stock Hzrdus Silver shafts, I usually go R flex, but was fit into these and have loved the way my shoulder doesn't ache the day after playing.
