Ping i230 finally made me switch out of my 10+ years old MP52 and I havent looked back. Tested most irons in that category (223s, 225s, JPX forged, T100/200, P770 to name a view.

i230 hands down beat every single one of them.

Apex 21's, and it's not a fair fight (at least for my s**t show swing). I've been gaming these since they first released, and through MANY head-to-head battles with other OEM's, they always come out on top. Only irons to come close to the consistency and performance points I'm personally most interested in were the Miura TC-201's and the Mk.II ZX5's. Key word- close.

I love my T300s. Forgiving and they dont look like a lunch box at the end of the shaft.

I’m in the NL 902PD, and really happy with them. I demoed several of the favorites above. Between the performance and the great price (at the time), the NLs were the best choice. If I were doing it over with today’s NL prices, I’d land on the T100.

Demoing against i230, ZX5/7 II, P770, 223, and 923F the Titleist T100 gave the most consistent distances and least dispersion.

I was very shocked to see this too!

Just as shocking are the TM numbers not only for irons but for drivers too.  Bottom of the Big 4.

923 Tour.

As someone who has played more of these irons that I'd like to admit, these were the biggest surprise. It was one of the best feeling / most consistent irons I've played.

I just think Mizuno botched the roll out / advertising of these...and the fact their turnaround time is one of the worst in the business..

I’m a big JPX tour fan since the 900.  They get better each release.  Hard to find an iron design like this with consistent ball speed and spin deviation.

I love my P7MCs. They are pure, in the sense that the extra tight grain forging is insanely solid on impact. I generally get the same launch numbers strike after strike, when I do my part — great feedback. They’re a no-tech option with traditional lofts so they aren’t fitting the meta- characteristics many are looking for. But, for a modern single piece forged iron, they are as good — and as consistent — as anything out there. I hit most ‘23 irons and would be happy with the Srixon ZX7, as well. However, I prefer the P7MC’s turf interaction (I know the Srixon sole design is a key feature of the ZX7).

TSR3 8 15 18, Ventus TR Black 6x 7x 8x

20 P7MC 4-p, Axiom 125x

SM10 raw 50 54 60, TI S400 onyx
