First trips of the year….?

I live in the North East. Seeing where people go for their first drivable trips once weather starts to turn.

Thinking of Frederick MD. Only a 6 hour drive from Buffalo.

If you are only going as far as MD, you could go to Ocean City, MD.

Haha, 6 miles to the course I’m a member at! Never found the benefit to drive several hours just to play a less frozen course first thing in the spring. Now …. flying somewhere! 😃

Just got back from my first trip last week, we did a boys trip to West Palm Beach. We didn't drive though, that's too far for me being from NY.

Next trip is Scotland at the end of June. Cannot wait!

Headed out Tuesday for Auburn, AL and the RTJ Grand National courses. Meeting my oldest son in Atlanta for the drive over. Four rounds in three days. First lap on each course will be the white tees. Second *should* be the orange.

Actually had a cross country in mid January. Indio, CA then to Phoenix, then Austin then West Palm and finally Orlando. Sample of the south and had a great time, except for the 40 degree day in Austin.

Would love to hear more about this trip.... courses, weather, etc.

We are trying to plan our spring break trip and I am trying to decide between all the locations you listed ha.
