He usually plays 45.25". It probably just looks small because oh how big Tony is. The commentators were saying how his clubs look like toothpicks because of how big he is during yesterday's round haha

I wonder what the tipping is on that thing. He'll play around with shafts that are higher launching/spinning than expected, but then tip them over 2" or something silly, making it a completely different shaft. (I remember the Diamana RF 70 TX that he played at one point.)

Glad to see Tony trying to smash it off the tee again. It just seemed wrong for him to be 43rd in ball speed last year lol

I know.  He was holding back all those years cruising in the mid 170's ball speed.  This year it's up to 183 which is closer to where it should be.  The guy makes 200 ball speed in his sleep.

GT is such a good and underrated shaft.  Love it in my 3 metal.  Tony still has a relatively smooth swing even though he's 120+ ss with driver which works well with the GT.

This is definitely reason #128 why I would never be successful on tour, but I know if I could make 200 ball speed I'd be trying to do that every damn time. Imagine Shaq finger rolling it every time he was in dunking range
