Wish I could get a putter like that without having to spend $15,000. Gorgeous bag. Interesting that taylormade seems to really be killing it in the 3/5 wood department. Lots of TSR and not GT drivers paired with some Taylormade 3/5 wood.

Another 190+ ball speed guy in the 1K Pro White.  I'm surprised he isn't in the 70TX as the 60TX felt too loose in driver.  I'm guessing that's a 5 metal turned down to 16-17* to make it play more like a 3HL.

He did, not sure the reasoning I had heard the announcers during the SEC championship that he was having some not great putting days. Wonder if the 5.5 gave him some extra confidence or what. Either way the scotties he has used have all been beautiful.

He missed multiple putts under 5 feet, including the one that knocked Vandy out of the match play at the NCAA’s.   The Y-word has been bandied about when describing his shaky short putting.  He’s clearly searching.

Worked Shotlink on hole one FW for a couple days at last years US Open. Had never heard of Sargent but he soon got my attention with drives landing where no others (sans Rory’s) were. Definitely garnered a “who’s that?!” reaction.

The hilarious, quite disturbing truth is you'd never get one of those for 15 grand 😄 I'd estimate well over 20k for that since it's GSS. Maybe even more. 

 

Even funnier that he can just borrow one out to JT, just a putter to those guys... not as valuable to them as they are to us.

You can, it just won’t say Scotty Cameron on it. There’s tons of custom putter builders out there that would do it for $5-600.

Saw a video on tiktok the other day and a guy literally had the exact same putter as Cam Smith, it was from GoodWood - it looked insanely good. Obviously it wasn't a Circle T, it had different company markings and it didn't say SC but you're so right. Genuinely though, who ever looks at the face / cavity of the putter? When I am playing all I care about is how the top line looks at address.

Yeah, the Goodwood Cam Smith copies look great. I’ve been considering ordering one. Their G6 head looks just like Tigers putter too.

I'm considering getting the Gordon Sargent putter with their GoodWood logo on the cavity. I'm not sure how long he takes to make them, probably a couple months. I am in the UK so it makes it harder to receive them.

Who would you say does the best custom putters. I've only seen Goodwood, they look great. Seriously considering selling my Scotty and getting one. 

 

Just spoke to the guy at goodwood, I could probably get it within 2 months.
