I've waited over two weeks now for my pbs to come with no responses to my emails or calls. Maybe that had something to do with the market not responding?

Same here. I think I'm about 3 weeks. It's really disappointing as I was very excited to use this. I sent an email with no reply. Market or not, I still paid for one and I'd expect the common courtesy of an update. I rarely vent like this on a forum but it seems like I'm not the only one.

Ordered July 22nd and nothing. I have left a voicemail last week but now it is full. Can anyone give us an update if these are shipping or not?

I am in the same position I ordered back in July 14th and have not recieved any notification.....nothing. Buyer beware here - - - bad seller.

You can get refunded though by going through the Paypal resolution center. Good luck to all in getting their money back!!

Any updates on receiving these? I want to order but don't want to wait weeks. I'm wondering if ordering from the Golfing Machine, LLC might be faster. Also, I'm wondering if it is in any golf stores locally. I live just north of Macon, GA.

Guys, it took me a few weeks to receive mine.

From what Jeff told me when I asked, it depends on whether or not he is on the road traveling. A lot of the delays are when he is really busy and just can't get to all of the orders.

Give him a bit more time, for the $ this tools is well worth the wait.

If your primary desire is to create acceleration and a downward angle into impact, this little gem can really help. Without the straight line drive of the forefinger into impact, you will find the PBS either moving or falling off the grip at impact. You really have to keep the acceleration straight into impact and not release the angles (early release losing the forward shaft lean).

I understand being on the road and being busy. But it takes almost no effort to return phone calls and respond to emails, and that can be done anywhere in the country. To leave your customers in the dark wondering where or if something they paid for with their hard earned money is going to be received or not is uncalled for and like I said earlier, unprofessional.

A little communication and courtesy is all anyone is really asking for i think, and it really isn't too much to ask.

Shoot - ordered mine a few weeks ago and just found this thread... I guess I'll stop with the emails. Have to agree though, if it's such a bother to him that simple emails can't be replied to then maybe he should sell the business or get a partner. Something...

I have tried many times to contact with no success. Ordered the product July 22nd and still nothing. I would rather have the product than get a refund, but, it is looking more and more slim that I will ever receive any acknowledgment. I might as well get a refund and order from this link above.

Update here, I went ahead and applied for a refund which was completed soon after applying. I figured if I wasn't getting a response for an order, it would be a while before resolving a refund. Quite the opposite, I received a response quickly from PBS about issuing the refund. Which surprised me, my refund issue was acknowledged before my order ever was.

O well, I am sure it is a great product, maybe I can find one someone is selling and get one.

I lost my Pure Ball Striker and felt it was an excellent training aid. I sent an email to Jeff a couple of days ago asking for the delivery status if I placed another Paypal order. Jeff responded promptly and said he was anticipating getting them in from the manufacturer in about two weeks, and he would ship orders then. The first one I bought took a full month until I received it from my Paypal purchase. This was back in June.

So in a nutshell, yes its a really excellent training aid for finding the proper pressure point on the index finger of your grip. But I'd suggest folks expect a good and full month or more from payment until you get delivery. Don't order it and be upset you don't get it in a week or two. It might take up to two months to get based on some experiences, but others get it in a week or two. But since Jeff doesn't have any now and won't for a couple of weeks, I'd expect a good 4-6 weeks from ordering it today until you get it in the mail. But its worth the wait.

Our first vendor was handling only custom orders for us now it looks like they are back to full status for us now.

I just tried to swing in my garage with PBS, I just felt like I will hit ball with my right index finger at impact, that's about it.. I feel heaviest to PBS at the top of backswing, then I don't really feel anything in downswing before impact, at impact, I felt I will hit ball with my right index finger, instead to hit ball with my left hand only.. is this the right feel?

You ought to feel pressure on PP3 (right index finger) all through the swing. That pressure is the sensation of the weight of the club head being behind the handle. If you are losing pressure during your downswing it is because you are experienceing "Throw away" ( throwing the club head from the top rather than allowing the clubhead to lag behind you).

Try to make half swings feeling the pressure load up during the transition then maintain that pressure all the way through impact. You will be amazed at the feeling.
