Yes I know its hard, he's human and he possible made a big mistake, but that's life. He is certainly intelligent enough and successful enough to get help if he needs it and I hope he does. Notice also how not a single report has said anything except that alcohol has been ruled out, no mention of drugs, thats why. They are waiting for the results of the bllod test to see if he was on meds without a prescription.

Golf Channel is not a 24/7 new network like ESPN News and CNN etc. They probably need to get anchors and such into the studio.

kymar i'm with you on this.....they tout themselves as "Golf's Home" and the #1 player/most recognizable athlete on the planet has been involved in an accident. they don't cut in to offer breaking news or even have a ticker display with any information?!?! as i watch right now a humana infomercial is on and still not a word said. their website has a story but as far as i'm concerned poor form on their part

It sounds like he is fine, however... blood vessels of the neck and face are much closer to the surface of the skin, many people have died from blood loss from facial lacerations, I think that is why they considered it a "serious injury".

Sounds like he'll get patched up and be good to go... hopefully no other injuries like shattered feet or shins, broken collarbone, spine issues from whiplash or something that is usual for those type of crashes.

Not to sounds like a pessimist, but if anyone remembers princess Dianas death, it was reported that she was completely fine, then many hours later all of a sudden we hear shes dead...

He is given random drug tests by the PGA Tour. I seriously doubt he is a pill head.

For all the negative speculation, it's just as possible that a dog was in the middle of the street, he swerved to avoid it and crashed.

Glad he's ok, signed on to check some news and every website made it seem like Tiger was on his deathbed or something, very Hoganesque fear came up in my mind.
