TRUST ME. I wanted to like them.

For ME, they were less forgiving, shorter and didn't feel as good as the first gen.

This is my 3rd set of Apex14 irons.

I LOVE the new avatar my friend. Such an underrated movie (Sideways for those not familiar), but I'll watch just about anything with Paul Giamatti in it.

I gotta add a couple more pics - these are gorgeous especially considering they are a pretty darn forgiving iron. I would put them in borderline GI category.. Very clever how they rounded the top of the irons to give it the appearance of a slimmer top-line.

816 fwy is incredible. Funny thing is it's not the "best" looking fwy on the market to my eye as I wish it was a smidge smaller but the performance always blows me away. Honestly it's one of the best 3 woods out there.
