This doesn't make any sense, it's just a forum web application with a database. It's also a pretty small site, I bet it's just that the person working on it has items higher on a list of priorities.

Believe me, there is a ton of nerd tech talk that I don't understand and folks that do understand working through everything. Please be patient, we'll communicate when the site is ready for consumption.
