I wonder if these will spin like the SM2? I found the SM4 "close" to the old grooves, I bet these will be just about the same.

Loving the gold nickel finish will pick up some of them but would love a 64° in the gold nickel.

Narrower grooves in the 46-54 for more control, and wider in the 56+ lofts for more spin - it should be mentioned, Mizuno has been doing the same exact thing with their grooves for a few years now.

Anyone know if you'll still be able to order the SM4 wedges after the SM5's are released? I like the current grind on the 60.10 SM4 much more than the 60.11 SM5 and prefer more bounce than the 60.08 M Grind SM5 but I don't really want to order just the 60* wedge right now.

According to an email I got from Wedgeworks the TVD's will have bounce, loft, and grind combinations available that won't be offered on the stock OTR wedges.This is in addtion to different finishes and custom options.

Im a bit confused here. From the photos I cant really tell the difference between the S grind and the F grind apart from maybe there is a little heel relief in the S grind. In any event I was about to switch from a Taylormade 56/12 XFT to a SM4 56/14. Am I right in what I am seeing that the 56/14 F grind in the SM5 looks to be almost the same as the current offering in the SM4 range?

No 64* in the SM5's, unless you bend a 62*

There is a 56/10 in a S grind if you want less bounce. I mentioned in my previous post that I cant really see much difference in the S grind to F grind apart from some heel relief in the S grind.

The gold nickel is not offered in all lofts and grinds. Had to order a set in raw black to get the models I wanted.

im thinking 52F 56F (I dont think the high bounce will both me that much) and the 60S....

I already know they are going to so good based on how good the 58.09 S grind SM4 was to me.

Tried to order the 60K and 56K from the wedge works but its an absolute nightmare to do so in Canada. Guess I'll have to be patient!

They are def chrome and not a satin finish, I just got in a 54S and 60K off tour, def a chrome finish, I'll post better pics in a bit....edit for better pics
