K12Carter's 2015 WITB- PXG, CT's and other gear

Well my wife is out tonight so I thought I would take the time to update my witb. This is only my current gear that I have in play or in rotation, no sense of me posting all my extras (putters) but if I find the time to take some pics of them I will. On to the goods!

UPDATE!

My Brand new Scotty Cameron 009 Prototype - Tour Black Finish, Weld neck, Large Tour Dots, beautiful stamping and the Hot Head Harry Stamp on the toe. Blue Pittards Scotty Cameron Grip. Pictures can do no justice to how nice this putter is.

Driver - Titleist 915D2 10.5 with Aldila Rogue 110 70X - This combo is an absolute bomber. More accurate than my older white board with a little extra carry. Scotty Cameron Serape Headcover

3 Wood- Titleist 915F 15 with Diamana 82 x - Kept my shaft from my 913FD with this one. I really like the head shape this year and have no issues off the tee or off the deck with this club. Evil Minion cover

Irons- Titleist 714 CB/MB 4-9 combo- KBS C-Taper S+ with Lamkin I-line grips - took me a while to settle on a set of irons but I don't see these going anywhere anytime soon. Love the C-tapers, still hit these things too high but definitely an improvement over the KBS Tour X i had been using. I also currently have a 712U 2 iron in the bag that I'm still getting used to.

Wedges- Titleist Vokey SM5 48, 52, 56, 60 - Might get another month out of the 52 and 56 before they need to be replaced. Took me awhile to adjust to the K grinds but have come to really like them.

Putter - Scotty Cameron Tour Rat Concept 1 Welded Mid Slant - Added a Midsize matador grip recently and absolutely love it. I'll rotate my gamer covers pretty regularly, but am partial to my Nova Scotia Opens.

For that special occassion my Bettinardi Staff bag, also pictured is my every day Ogio cart bag

Rain Day gear- Love the Custom shop nylon cover for a rain day.

Other items- Bushnell range finder, Vokey divot repair, one of my poker chip markers of the many I have in rotation, Footjoy Pure Touch glove (these are incredible and well worth the extra few dollars), Frogger Brush, and a J. Lindeberg belt bag for all my tees, wrench, extra gloves, pencils, markers etc. Along with my gamer covers.

Although I missed out on the initial release of the Scotty Cameron black and Tiffany blue staff bag I was finally able to pick one up. I had a custom set of Cru head covers made to match the bag. Now I just need the Dancing CT cover to match and I'll be all set.

My new leather Iliac stand bag I picked up from a great member on this site. I have some custom covers from Robert Mark golf coming to match this one and will post an updated pic once they arrive.

Latest putter acquisition - Bought this one as my new potential backup - Scotty Cameron Knucklehead CT Squareback. 3x black finish, smoked black shaft, Titleist cord grip.

This is one of the nicest putters I have owned - Scotty Cameron Welded Center Shaft Fast back, incredible chromatic bronze finish, Smoked black shaft, Leather stitch back grip.

This is one of the first Scotty's I owned. Sent it to the custom shop a few years ago for a restoration. This one could find its way into play again at somepoint.

The often seen Rory 006 proto - I'll post this one even though its been seen a million times. I'm lucky enough to have number 2/1000. Beautiful putter, but I think it could be easily improved with actual stamping.

2014 Scotty Cameron My girl - My wife and I welcomed our first little girl to the world in 2014. What better way to celebrate than with a putter! I also sent a Laguna to the custom shop to add her initials, the grinder weights, and pink and purple paintfill.

Here is my Newport II Buttonback with CT weights - Best OTR Scotty has ever made. There is a high probability that this putter will be in my gamer rotation this season.

Futura X5 Dual Balance - Sent to the custom shop for the paintfill and Jackpot Johnny Stamp

I've had a few Scotty Cameron Staff Bags but sold them. I buy these things to use them and I have a hard time spending that kind of money on a bag that will be put through the Nova Scotia weather!

Also, huge fan of your putter collection. Since you've sent many of your putters to the custom shop, can you give me a general idea of how long it takes to receive the putter back?

I've been fortunate with the custom shop turnaround times. the longest I have waited was about 50 days for a full restoration. I have had others come back within two weeks that were sent for customization only. I've never been disappointed with their service.

absolutely incredible. I had extremely high expectations prior to playing there but it surpassed all of them. can't wait to go back.

How do you like the 712u? I have one on the way and I'm pretty excited about using it instead of a hybrid.

Those scotty's are amazing. Been looking at a 009,tour rat, my girl or even a button back but can't make up my mind. Very jealous that you have all the putters that I want.
