NEW Taylormade SLDR/ Tour Preferred DJ fitted hats....

Does anyone know when or where you will be able to find the NEW Dustin Johnson style fitted hat w/ Slider and tour preferred on each side(NOT THE half mesh ones.) They've been wearing it for months now and last year they were out rather quickly. All I can find is the 2013 lethal on the bill /R1/RBZ stage2....any help would be greatly appreciated....Thanks!!!

New hats should be in some stores now. No DJ fit in the current line though so you won't see the high crown look.

The new hats are either the radar adjustable ones, fitted cage hats and the sldr front hit adjustable ones. No fitted DJ hats for this year. They went back to offering sergios hat to the public

if true that really sucks, the DJ cap is the only TMaG hat I liked the fit of, still wearing the R11/Burner iteration of it in white and black. below are pics of DJ wearing it, please bring it to retail TMaG!

I second this for sure! The DJ caps are easily my favorite hats on Tour next to the Titleist Tour fitted hats. I will see if I can find some info out.

That blows. Apparently I am not the only one with a huge head and prefer these type of hats.

TM must have lost their minds... They are bringing back the Sergio version but not releasing a DJ version??? What a brilliant move that is.

Indeed. I wish they would bring out the dj cap in numerous colors aswell as sergios cap...

You could always get the DJ caps off his site...

I'm so pissed it's not funny. Those half mesh fitted hats are not high quality at all. DJ's hat is the only quality hat they offered annually. Taylormade has no real quality hats now. NIke, Titleist, Callaway ALL have a fitted all cloth/fabric, flatter bill hat. DJ was the one who made these hats popular!!!! Maybe they were charging too much and people didn't buy them?!?!? Who knows....to be honest, I didn't expect to see so many people feeling the same way as myself. For those who still want some to stash away, go to eBay and type in: Taylormade fitted DJ hat. You will see the most recent one(lethal on the bill) come up. Some good sales for them too($12 and lower.) Man I hope they can bring this hat back later this spring. Keep this post up to date guys if you [u]EVER[/u] hear anything! Thanks!

I emailed DJ's comments section on his website and actually got a response within 24 hours. Here's what it said:

I can certainly understand how frustrated you may be by the lack of supply from TaylorMade. Just so you know, the same hat factory makes the TM, Titleist, and Cally hats so the quality should be the same across the board.

Correct. My TM rep confirmed this.

Willpga on eBay will have them if anyone does. I got my DJ R1/RBZ high crown from him. He always has the good stuff.

What makes that a DJ hat? I have had those in my shop for a month now, White, Black, Grey and Red, they are flex fit and very nice caps

It's the new fitted taylormade tour preferred/SLDR in all regular cloth material, not the mesh. He was the one who started wearing this exact hat on tour and people just starting calling it the taylormade DJ hat.....If you have the new fitted taylormade tour preferred/SLDR fitted all cloth material, holler back. I'll take all of them! From the sound of my post, I think I'd be able to find a few guys who'd be willing to buy them!!!

Oh my bad, they are mesh fitted and look like the picture, wasnt aware of the cloth version. Sorry for the confusion

Any new updates to taylormade putting out the SLDR/tour preferred fitted cloth hats(the Dustin Johnson hat?) Had some people on this post earlier say they would come out.....any news for us DJ hat wearers would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Those look great. What is funny, DJ is wearing an adjustable SLDR S hat at The Open. So, even DJ is wearing the DJ hat.

I don't believe they will be available to retail. I have not seen them in this years product catalogs
