Any chance of a limited edition run of tour model putters. I would love to see a mid slant version. And please don't tell us the retail offering are the same as what the tour guys are playing.

More specifically, why don't you release the exact replica of TW and RM putters? I like many others would buy them both in a heartbeat!

Thank you to Golfwrx and Nike. It is always an incredible opportunity to get to talk to the people in charge. I have two questions, which will probably be asked again here.

    1) I know other OEM's have commented, but how much do you rely on this site for feedback? Obviously, we are not the general consumers who will walk into any store and ask for "that red driver I saw Tiger hit." Therefore, if we are not your biggest target audience, does our feedback really go into the products?

    2) If the answer above was yes, what is your stance on releasing a Rory/Tai Proto head? I know it would most likely be limited and/or at a higher cost, but what are the chances of it coming to the general public?

Thanks again to Golfwrx and Nike!

Yes, please release a Rory 006. I won't be the only one to buy.

Not mass produced, but limited would be sweet.

    Question 1:

I want to know why Tour Players have the original Covert Fairway paint/scheme but 2.0 technology.

You don't want them to supoprt the 2.0 line?

    Question 2:

How come most Nike golf apparel DOES NOT have the swoosh in the left breast area? I know it's tour issue.

But I hold off on Nike apparel unless there's a logo on the front, I am paying for the brand name and logo. I want to show it off.

    Question 3:

This maybe have already been answered. But why no blades in the 8-PW in the '14 Pro Combo iron set? That was the best part in the combo.

Thanks Nike and Golfwrx for all this.

Will edit when I think of more questions:

The Nike driver fitting bag is great this year.... What promps your choices for what goes into the fitting cart (bag)? So many cool shaft choices to try.

Also- For the the van: Which of your staff guys/gals is the most knowable on club building, specs, etc.? And who is the the least (just hits the ball, let's you guys worry about specs)?

Have you experimented with the square wood technology AND the cavity back technology for drivers/woods? The basic shape is almost already there looking at the sole of the Covert line. And I still can't find anything better for me than my trusty sumo2 4 wood!

Have most Tour players who played the original Covert Performance head switch to the 2.0 Tour head due to the increased size/forgiveness/spin? Why didn't Nike stay with a sub 460cc head for the Tour version of the 2.0?

Also, I'm still waiting for a Jordan XI Space Jam or Concord golf shoe...please ask Mr. Jordan to put out a limited release image/smile.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':)' />

I love the new design...can you explain if cor is maxed for drivers with the same shaft what benefits the tour model provides over other manufacturers since the claim is 15% larger sweet spot, is that an overall increase in forgiveness or the sweet spot or both? Also can you explain how the cavity back design affects aerodynamics, swing speed, and stability?Thank you Nike!

I would like to ask if Nike plans to offer any more options in their putters in the near future? I mean this in regards to offering different/more finishes or any custom options.

This is mostly selfishly motivated, as I would absolutely kill for a NikeID type system within their putters, offering grip/paintfill options. I have always been really intrigued by the Nike Method system, and if I could customize the Mod 30 with paintfill, sight dot, and a stamp then I would own it right now.

Thanks for the opportunity GOLFwrx and Nike Golf. I am a big Nike golf fan and you guys are really kicking goals at the moment.

    I have a couple.

When will the NG360 app be available in Australia?

What are the major advancements in the new ball technology? Ie what will I see?

What was the thinking behind the Golf Pride 2G Tour Wraps on the Covert range rather than the traditional Tour Velvet?

Can we please have access to the putter covers that the tour staff have? I Love the one that Rory is using atm.

Also I'm another advocate for releasing a TW and RM series of putters. I Love my 006 but one with a finish like Rory's would be awesome.

Thanks guys. Looking forward to the answers.

What are your plans moving forward for the adjustable driver given the recent offerings from competitors? How much pressure do you feel to match their level of adjustability, or do you feel that there will not be long term success with all of it?

    Thanks!

I've always enjoyed the clothing line Nike Golf releases; top notch quality with great durability and feel.

Have there been any new breakthroughs in the material construction of your upcoming lines? What do you try to accomplish when gathering tour player feedback and how does it affect material selection, color, and style?

I know most want to hear about equipment, and while it is exciting, I always find myself worried about which shirt I feel better swinging said equipment in. Thanks for the opportunity to be a part or the discussion.

Loved the VR Pro Combo set and was excited in 2013 when I heard about the new Pro Combo line. But being LH has it's disadvantages as the new PCs weren't released to us lefties.

Are there plans to expand the LH line in irons/putters?

Also, do you see Nike golf giving the average golfer more custom options as far as irons go? I.e. 3-PW in split cavity, etc.

    Thanks!

This is the real deal... quite a list of names (brings back great memories)!

With the initial information circulating about the unreleased RZN PLATINUM and BLACK - what feedback/information dictates the performance of each ball as it seems like many players (Nike athletes and amateurs) fall directly in between both products? A ball available to retail that encompasses the best attributes of both PLATINUM and BLACK would be a show stopper.

I believe Nike was actually the first major OEM to really use low and forward CG with the covert. That being said... How much better is the covert 2.0 tour with low and forward CG?

Also what makes your offering better than those of the other major OEMs?

Thanks GolfWRX & Nike!! I'm sure I'll think of more questions but the one that immediately pops into my head has already been mentioned but is worth mentioning again and again. PLEASE release Rory's putter to us regular folk. It can be a limited edition run and be priced accordingly and I'm still in 100%. This is why you signed Rory right? To move product and give Nike more exposure. So please release this model! And like someone else said, don't tell us it's the Midnight 006 or already available, because they're way different.

Keep up the good work, I'm loving my Covert Tour 2.0 driver.

#1 - Does Nike plan on offering a black option or phase out the red paint in the Covert for some people that won't try it strictly because it's red? image/smile.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':)' />

#2 - What are the most commonly used wedge grind setups? Specifically the grinds in the 48, 54, 60.

#3 - What model of RZN ball is the most popular on tour? Which one is also the most unique (special, proto etc.) ?

#4 - What is on the horizon for the next versions of Nike's forged "Player" category blades and CB's?

#5 - Recently after some on course testing, I noticed differences in spin when switching my Covert 2.0 from Right to Neutral, any comments on this?

#6 - Does Tiger actually like the red paint? Or did it take some major $$$$$ image/wink.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=';)' /> arm twisting to get him to jump on board with the red?

Bonus Question - When Nike paints on the grooves on Tiger and Rory's Method, which puts a purer roll on the ball? Acrylic or enamel? image/tongue.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='' /> Sorry, I was kidding.. it was a joke! image/deadhorse.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':deadhorse:' />

Is there a restriction on Tour staff and their stamping/customization? I believe every iron/wedge has the same font initials in the same location. It is somewhat cool to have them the same across the entire staff, but it would be cool if there was some more originality and personality in their clubs.

Forget the Rory Proto, can us mere mortals get some raw wedges?
