Hole in one momentos

What do you guys have or keep to commemorate your holes in one? My wife made a shadow box that has a picture, a newspaper clipping, and the ball. But what else do you guys have? Anyone still have the club used? I've thought about selling my set (RSI1) as I recently switched to M2 Tours, but just can't bring myself to do it.

I have four holes in one. I just kept the balls. I threw them in a box.

Hate to say it but nothing really. I wrote the info on the ball with a sharpie. Don't know where the ball actually is right now. I didn't like the irons I got it with...was contemplating selling them before the ace. Hitting one just confused me for a month before I finally accepted that regardless of the hole in one, I didn't want to keep the clubs.

I'd probably keep the ball with the pertinent info written in Sharpie. I'd keep it with my other golf related paraphernalia.

I have one. Kept the card and the ball and have a picture from the day. Thought I would get them framed, but I have not done it yet.

I have three. I kept the balls, and scorecards, but I cannot find the first one.

I just got the third, I received a nice photo from the course and will get it framed, along w the scorecard and ball.

If I can find the second ball, I will make one trip to the frame shop.

Don't the balls get mounted in a wee trophy? Maybe it's just a New Zealand thing, but I thought they did it everywhere.

Has the ball mounted, and details engraved. Normally the club that you played at will organise it provided it was witnessed by your marker and 18 holes completed etc.

 

Sadly not mine. My tally is zero.

I've got 3 Aces, I have two of the balls still, and one of the clubs(had two but sold one this winter). I keep them in one of those ball Racks that you hang on the wall. I've also got two of the little bag tags for them as well, one from the course and one from Titleist.

 

Edit: I've also got the Scorecards as well :)

I did save a re-creation of the card in my scrapbook, a short blurb published in a newsletter along with a "Certificate" from some Hole-in-One clearinghouse. I later posed for a photo near the hole's marble tee marker, also in the scrapbook. 2nd one: no ball, no certificate, no photo - just a re-creation of the card. When the 3rd comes along, I wonder if I will even bother saving anything.

I hear you there, the First one is no doubt the Best one for sure. My son was playing golf with me for my 3rd one though, so that made it pretty cool :)

I have kept all the balls, but never actually wrote any of the info on them. I know which is which given how I was marking the ball at the time as well as what color. They all sit on top of a frame that I have in my office which has a few of my other, prouder moments in golf in it.

I don't have a hole in one, but the club where I play gives you the flag and writes the Date, Hole, Yardage and Club you hit on it. Its a pretty cool memento.

Titles sent me a sleeve of balls for one. I haven't notified them of others, I have plenty of balls already. It is exciting to get a hole-in-one but I would rather have a double eagle I never have had one.

I've had 6 hole in ones so far.

 

For my first three I have gold (colored) putters from Pepsi. I also have some trophies with the ball.

 

Interestingly one of my HIO's was on my birthday.

The last one, at my home course, they course has mahogany boxes to keep the ball in. That's a nice touch.

 

Interestingly, my last one also occurred during a Men's Nite (glug glug), so now I can't afford to play golf anymore. Perfect!

I keep the ball in a small glass bowl on my nightstand with my first eagle ball that followed a year later - it's a bit of a shame I didn't put aside the ball I made my first birdie with,

 

The driver (it was a par 4) is in the closet and I think I know where the scorecard is. The club I made it at, my old home club, does have a HIO honor board but they hadn't got my name up there during the first three years after the fact and I haven't visited the place over the past couple of years so I don't know if my name is up there now.

 

Had I known you could get stuff for a HIO (or better yet an albatross), I might've let Nike (driver) and W/S (ball) know about it. :D
