Received my apex irons and md4 wedge and none looked like they had been hit. Unfortunately, they all had midsize grips on them but called customer service and they told me to have them regripped at my club and email a picture of receipt and they will credit my card. Can’t beat that. And btw, the black elevate tour shafts look really good with the apex head.

Got my shipment today. The driver looks pristine (except I expect an adjustment tool), but the wedge has some scratches on the face by the toe. Should I be concerned about that?

I do think people expect too much for 'used' items. It's not going to be new...

Yeah after a few shots it’s going to get scratched. Especially if you use it out of sand

Is got a "demo" grip so think it was probably all in doors. I probably won't worry about it, but it's not quite what I'd call like new.

i tried adding clearance items to my cart, only the 20% off is applied and not the 25% off any order. doesn't look like it can be stacked?

Yea sorry about that. I saw discount off of list price and didn’t realize it was only 3% off not the 25%.

Yeah i dunno. I had decent experiences with them in the past but after receiving a 'like new' head that had a mark on the crown last week, I called in and they shipped me a new one and this is how it looks. 'like new' mind you. Guess an epic flash just isn't in my future.

Received a 718 AP1 iron set I had ordered under the 30% sale. I'd say 'average' is about right. However, the 6 iron has a different serial # than the rest of the set. I assumed serial #s for an iron set would match. Kind of bothers me that they don't. Would this bother others?

Sorry for your bad experience. The Sub Zero I got looked pristine, and while I haven't had it on the course yet what I've seen in the range makes me aching to get out there.

I found some more inconsistencies with the 718 AP1 set I received (different serial #s, different ferrules, inconsistent length increments). I basically received a pieced-together iron set. I'll be sending it back, hopefully they fully refund me. I don't think I should be out anything since it was not advertised as a mismatched set.
