I have a golf buddy who is getting married next month. Several of our friends went to Hilton Head for a bachelor weekend and we all chipped in to get him a pair of shield tips. He’s a big Georgia fan, so we went with a Bulldog theme. I thought they turned out pretty nicely. Black patent tips and red elephant saddles.

What better way to jump back in to the new and improved wrx forums than with a fresh new pair of Shield Tips?  These arrived two days ago.  White gator tips and saddles with a grey smooth base.  Pair #3 for me overall (with zero intent on stopping anytime soon).

New pair arrived today! Saddles are the new mahogany croc print. Not available for the accents, so went with a brown smooth. Really happy with the result.

I came to find out Nexbelt has the same color croc print too, heck of a match.

This is my latest pair, I have had them for a couple of months but for some reason I had been completely unable to post pictures but it seems to be working again now and seen as this thread seems to have gone quiet, hopefully this might revive it a little bit because it’s awesome seeing what you other guys come up with :)

To anyone that has recently ordered shield tips do you think they still hold true to the icon sizing? I am about to order a pair but am a little concerned because when I got the limited edition dry joys earlier this year they seem to run a hair bit smaller than what I am accustom to. For reference i have worn size 11 in dryjoys, icons, and dnas for the last 7-8 years with no fit issues. The last pair of icons I had were pre "icon black" so please let me know if there is any sizing difference there.
