that is incorrect - +D sold with the 913's etc , are retail +D shaft avail on MRC site. Prior Titliest stock offerings that said MFT, where not avail for purchase on MRC site.

Could care less will just use my GD BB, GD DI, kiyosi white and black shafts, tour green, and fubuki j that I already own with the tip they don't keep changing like ping, taylormade, callaway etc all do.. Those along with weight kits and you are all set so if they have switched back to made for doesn't really matter.

I am very satisfied with the 913D2 I got last October and had not planned on getting a new driver until next year, but I will definately be considering getting the 915. I am not too concerned if is not a lower spin driver like the sldr because I actually need the extra spin to get the ball up in the air. So I tell myself.

correct me I am wrong but I believe Geoff Ogilvy Just got the first win on PGA tour with a 915. maybe I am wrong, but Geoff has been struggling with the driver last couple of years. Good to see him win again anyways.

I've never hit the 913; never really been a Titleist guy at all even though I think their stuff looks awesome. I was always hesitant to try them out; kinda sorry I waited! Not sure if it's posted and I'm too lazy to look, but the Rogue is going to be the stock driver shaft. FW and hybrid will have the D+ Whiteboard as stock if I remember right.

No way that a $700 shaft is going to be the stock shaft in these. Absolutely not possible. It might be an Aldila shaft with the name Rogue on it, but it won't be the 125 MSI rare and limited version available aftermarket. That's just not a scalable business practice.

Of course I remember saying it.... And it's 100% true, no way a shaft that cost $700 and can only be purchased by a few distributors will be a stock offering on a $400 driver. It takes zero inside connections or knowledge to realize that.

Even with the reduced cost the OEMS get the real deal shafts for in their clubs, there is no way $700 retail makes it into $400 club.
They cannot afford to eat that extra cost.

We understand and no one is debating if the rep you spoke to is right or wrong. We all agree that one of the stock shafts might say "Rouge" on it. We are just saying that it won't be the same as the current tour only Rouge. It probably won't even be advertised as the same, have the same paint and exact same name. It will be the Rouge RIP or something with different specs. That is all....

The Rogue I hit in the club was the exact same; whether the rep's personal D2 had the same exact shaft as what's going retail who knows. But I seem to remember the Fubuki prototype being a $500+ shaft then coming to retail; THAT is all...

And for what it's worth you're probably all correct; I think it will be called a Rogue, but at a lower price point.

When it was the ion plated prototype it was going for that price. I didn't mean to imply it was available in a club back then; just that it was a tour-only prototype that eventually came to retail in some form.

You can say that for any club or shaft that was a prototype on the tour before it came to retail. All of them cost more when they were not an off the shelf offering.... Just to clarify one thing so we are on the same page. Are you arguing that the Rouge that comes stock in the 915 is the same as the current $700 version? If you are not arguing that then we are all on the same page. If you are arguing that it will be the same than I really don't know what to say other than have a good one.

Only way this could happen is if they did the TM thing with the R1 Super TP, charging 900 D2/3 with a real deal Rogue like TM did for the Kiyoshi white.

I'm a fan. As far as how it plays the rep said the technology was a big leap over the 913; he said the 913 was an incremental jump over the 912 so think of it as an iPhone 6 rather than a 5S.
