It is authentic but may have had the tungsten weights added aftermarket.

I searched "Scotty Cameron Circle T" and looked at sold listings ordered from lowest price to highest, your putter didn't show up.

The Ct and Titleist stamps make it a legit tour head. The welded PN is off a LH putter, similar in design, placement, and weld of other one off Camerons, giving it a PING B60 look.
