Why it's legit as can be, yes it has been restored as Classic Cameron's restores every single putter they touch for some reason.

Its been to the Studio and refinished in 3x black it was originally oil can. Got it from Brad at Classic Camerons so Id think it was authentic and not remilled by anyone but the Studio.

Drool... Nice sticks boss! How do you even decide which to use?

 

I try to stick to a single putter for the majority of my rounds which is usually, at least historically, my deep milled TeI3. If the weather is really bad though and I don't feel like maintaining the finish on the TeI3, I'll grab a Button Back instead. If my stroke is feeling a little off though, I'll switch things up just to help get my concentration back on track. I usually grab the Tour Rat when that is the case. I just got the Super Rat last fall so it hasn't seen much action but it's a solid putter. That one is really hard to leave behind. I just put it back in the bag last week though and it's spot there is likely very safe. It can be hard to decide though. For the most part, all my putters have a very similar look and feel (they are all naked Newport style Camerons) so it's easy to switch from one to another. A little carpet putting the night before and some extra work on the greens the next day and I'm pretty acclimated to the "new" flatstick. Trying to decide between all the putters in the stable though has been a really nice problem to have. Maybe one of these days I'll find the "magic" in one of them and it will just stay put?

 

How's the feel of that buttonback milled? Is there anyway you can compare the feel to a OTR newport?? I'm really curious how it feels cause i've never rolled one before. Thanks!

Thank-You The black finish paired with the deep milling is very nice...nice pop, but not at all clicky. The SSS is my preference for durability, but I would love to try a carbon for comparison.
