Yea it is funny. Look at the pictures of RORY taken from a distance when hes just hit a drive.......I cant see anything but green....thats why its green people. get over it its on the freakin bottom of the club. DUH!

When i go to the gym nowadays i see all these sneakers with loud colors that i rarely saw 10+ years ago. That is the trend now and Nike is just rolling with it, if they didn't start it in the first place. They are taking a long term approach to the game which they can certainly afford to do.

I think i will have to change my tune about the cavity back. I hit one for the first time on the simulator (CT 2.0) and it outperformed my gamer and the other drivers i tried. Launched a bit low but the distance and accuracy were impressive. Didn't buy one but it definitely made an impression.

I like the idea of a Low, Mid, High instead of lofts. It's much more simple for the consumer. Think about it, thats the same way that manufacturers classify the launch of shafts. A lot of companies use the Low/Mid/High designation for bounce as well. Lofts are overrated, especially considering manufacturing tolerances.

Doesn't sound anything like my CT2.0, i like that. Like others said the low on the face shots feel terrible and go nowhere with the CT 2.0 but it does hit flat out bombs. Ill be interested to see how this stacks up against mine.

Kind of hard to tell from the pics, but the Pro driver doesn't seem to have the gray/charcoal design seen on the back of the Flex driver in the video posted earlier. Looks clean with the Volt Swoosh.

That's a good comparison too......the Performance head in both series are HIGHLY underrated I feel.....Tour certainly looks cooler however☺

Kind of but remember they're TV cameras with much better audio recording ability than iPhone which these other videos are. Although after watching them side by side for the last little bit there IS a difference. The 2.0 is far from tinny though, just much louder and more aggressive but this new sound is, from first impressions, much more muted..

So glad they have a black crown. I seen the photo of a lefty version that has a Fixed hosel, I still prefer a fixed hosel with around 2* open face angle, and would really like to try the fixed version if it gets released. I have seen the tour issue Coverts that have a fixed hosel and they look great. If i could find one for a decent price I would grab it. I have a VR TOUR with the compression channel and get higher ball speed then my Dymo 380 and with all other companies going to some form of velocity slot/compression channel its probably a good idea. Im intrigued.

OK, hope this doesn't get me in trouble with my Nike rep. for leaking this info., hahaha...

I got a chance to look at the 2015 club catalog today & there are 3 different versions of the Vapor Driver. The first is the Vapor Speed (aka Performance head), 460 CC w/ Flexloft 2.0) with a Fubuki stock shaft & looks like the pictures we've seen. The second is the Vapor Pro (Tour head looks almost identical to CT 2.0 aka Rory's Driver in Gleneagles, 460 CC w/ Flexloft 2.0) with the new Diamana S+/D+ shaft (whichever is the Blueboard equivalent). The last Driver is the Vapor Flex (around 420-430 CC's w/ Flexloft 2.0 & the moveable CG core, was told this will be TW's new Driver) with the new Diamana S+/D+ shaft (whichever is the Blueboard equivalent) as well as an upgrade to the Whiteboard equivalent at no upcharge!

There are also two new fairway woods (Vapor Pro w/ new Diamana S+/D+ shaft (whichever is the Blueboard equivalent) & the Vapor Speed with the Fubuki shaft. I don't remember the details on the hybrid (sorry!)

Also, there are new wedges (can't remember the name off the top of my head, sorry ?) but they have 3 different sole types: Standard, Wide Sole & Dual Sole as well as two new Method putter lines (no Rory version though ?)

They will be offering stand bags in volt colors with black & silver (they look amazing!)
