The standard trees coming down and waste areas changing a little bit. The big change is that #7 will no longer be be two teeing areas (not tee boxes lol). They are taking all of the trees down in between the two and making it one big tee. There are some big ideas being thrown around, but I doubt any are in the near future.

Any reviews on Warren? I know this is MI but I figured many have played it.

I am a coach myself and actually am a Harbaugh fan. I'm hoping he makes that rivalry very interesting again sometime in the near future.

Warren is a great track although it can eat you alive if your not hitting the ball straight. Pretty tight with slot of Heather. Course is always in great shape and the greens are great. Should be a great time but it's a tough test!

Bought a Scotty squareback on a whim. Used exactly 18 holes and 10 minutes on the practice green. 33' in, 70.5 lie, 3.5 loft, 2 20 gram weights so head weight is around 360. Not gonna keep it, probably get it up on the BST tonight or tomorrow if anybody here wants it first. $250.00

I currently play G10 irons and G15 hybrids. I am considering getting the Ping Karsten irons as they seem to have great reviews for high handicappers like myself. Has anybody ever hit them. Was considering getting g25 irons but the Karsten seem to be a lot more forgiving.

We are not worried about score, just to have a fun time on a premium conditioned course. I think this sounds perfect for what we want.

It would have been even faster but I was torn on what shaft to go with. I went with DG X100. I wanted to try something new but they just seem to work for me. Now let's hope they work on the course once the snow melts.

Nah. I tried it in an AP2 so I could compare it to my AP2 with x100. I just didn't really care for it. The feel seemed different and it wasn't as consistent.

Yeah, I'm sort of surprised too. Personally, I would be willing to bet 95% of us WRX'ers couldn't tell the difference between the Vietnamese shafts and the US shafts, but 95% of WRX'ers "think" we could, and probably would talk ourselves into them being different. Sort of like the whole "'made for' shafts are garbage" statement, but at a higher price point. In the end, no one is going to drop the coin to do the test, so we are left with speculation, with some of those speculating having a financial interest involved. I feel better having sorted out the whole 110 versus 125 thing for myself. Others may have different results, but I know how these respond for me.

Honestly, I like the feel of the 110 better, and it performs fine for me. But I can see why people are liking the 125....it is a smidge better. And I did have a few balls that were clear misses, where I was surprised that the ball had very little curvature (like I would expect). Is that the shaft? Or the head? Or both?

I like the feel of the Modus3 over the DGS, but I found they were inconsistent in length.

Just ho'ed a Fly Z+ head....in my testing the BCP and DBD were neck and neck with each other, but I think the DBD is more forgiving (defined as less loss of ball speed on bad contact). I hear the Z+ is basically a better BC+, so I'm curious as to how it compares. Results soon. Then I'm done with drivers I think....nothing else really interests me.

CPP, curious if you hit the XR and compared it to the DBD. My smash factor was too low on the DBD on mishits but it was long. XR was much more consistent.
