This guy is a nobody who desperately wants to be a somebody by any means necessary.

His profile has a link to the 2013 Tampa Bay Birdies for the Brave Tournament which shows him holding a trophy for being the winning pro. He played in the same tournament again in 2014 and shot 98. How is that possible?

Also, check his WITB link again and scroll down to post #7 where he gets called out by a GolfWRX Mod. He also gets questioned again in post #23.

I have seen something similar to this before. Unfortunately sometimes this is how we learn things to make our own events better.

I suggest that next year you have a manned scoring table. The cards have to be signed at the table with the full group present and that is the number recorded. Any cards not signed at the table with the full group present are DQ.

The earlier news article (2014 bar story) said North Dartmouth MA. That's 1 town away from me if he still lives there (Looking through google, it also lists Tampa Bay). PGA Section is MGA (Mass Golf Association). If not there, then he may also be in RIGA (Rhode Island Golf Association) as N. Dartmouth is closer to RI events than most MGA events.

Okay I took everyone's advice and called the section. I also spoke to callaway and loudmouth golf. Both said he is not staffed by them at all. I wanted to make them aware also.

Yep. Callaway wasn't very happy to say the least. The section guys just said there hands are tied but he is on there radar and won't be able to play there events until this issue is resolved. Callaway rep said he always calls them asking for free stuff. I did all I can do really.
