Sorry if this has been asked earlier in this thread, but are the driver and woods covers long enough to protect the shafts? The pics on the last post have me concerned.

 

If you have a bag with padded dividers (which most do these days) and your shafts aren't right next to your wedges, then there is plenty of protection. However, if you prefer the sock style head covers instead of the trend towards these slip-on covers style covers, these might not be for you.

 

The covers are larger than they appear in pictures. For a better reference point, here's a comparison of my Seamus driver and fairway wood covers next to the corresponding M1 head covers. All clubs were used are the same length. As you can see, the Seamus covers actually extend a little farther than the M1 covers.

Thanks! My biggest issue with Seamus was picking out that first cover to get from the vast number of options. So once I saw the patchwork, it was a must get.

My head cover arrived over the weekend and I have finally got a chance to take some pictures. I was impressed with Seamus' customer service and quality of the cover.

I would love to have a shot of my bag sitting outside on the course, but unfortunately there is snow on the ground so that will have to wait until the Spring.

It stands out against my old school [ but new] TM Flex Twist FW cover and the Adams Rocket Tour hybrid cover that I've sewn up a few times...all in a 2007 Sun Mountain Mini bag. I'm not much on matched covers...

Bought a trio to Cover up my G30 Driver, G25 3-wood and G25 20 degree Hybrid. Went with a Black, White, Grey, Reddish, mix. Love the quality and they're much easier to put on and take off than the Ping covers.

Really interested in getting a set. Do the hybrid head cover actually stay on? I have trouble finding head covers that stay on. I lost two last year.

I just got an all black Ping Hoofer 14 so I want to go with black/white head cover. Seamus seems to have a lot that fit what I'm looking for. A lot of money to throw at head covers though.

For those that have putter covers from Seamus, I see they're a Velcro closure--I've found that a lot of Velcro closures wear out pretty quickly. The cover that came with my Low Tide putter is a nice leather one, but the loop side of the Velcro is already ripped up and the cover doesn't really stay in very well, and I haven't even played 10 rounds with it. I'd love to get a tartan Seamus cover (wife's family is Scottish), but unless it's a much better quality of Velcro closure than I've seen previously, that may be a deal breaker.

Totally agree regarding the Velcro. Had the same issue with Low Tide cover and every other velcro cover. Inquired with Seamus about having a custom cover using magnets, but was told it's not an option. I don't understand the obsession with "military grade" velcro. Fails every time. Including Rose & Fire.

They look great! Like you, I got hit by really high Custom fees when I ordered my Cru Headcovers, so never again with importing anything like that. But I think yours look really cool.

Had to chime in here. I'm a big Seamus fan; have a couple valuables pouches and a bad mother#&@% ball marker of theirs. We recently finished our basement and I got a "golf room" out of the deal. Unbeknownst to me, my wife contacted them, purchased their fabric directly from them and had 7 pillows made for my couch; I think they came out great! She said they are super nice people and followed back up asking for pictures to see how they came out. I need some headcovers now!
