Much enjoyment of using Google Albums.

 

I think sometimes too on old trips if people upload them here and run out of attachment space they have to go back and delete old pics.

 

And mental note - plan spring pinehurst trip.

dc - what's your method of inserting google album pics? when i try to do it via "copy image location" and using the "insert image" icon, it shows up in the preview, but then i get the dreaded "An error occured: You are not allowed to use that image extension on this community." when i actually hit the post button.

 

domes suggested adding ".tmp" but those end up getting to broken links afterwards as well.

Uploading pics is maddening on a good day and on a computer - trying to do it from your phone can be impossible.

Go find the link I posted a little while back where the Sugarloaf Social Club guys did some actual drone flyover stuff of basically the entire course. They were great.

 

Playing a second round there the same day, somebody, or multiple somebody's are going to have a sweet round. Knowing where the holes are cut, and what the best angles are can make a big difference.

Their yardage book is $1. Well worth it unless you already have a GPS. You need to see the layout, laser/distance alone won't cut it.

ok, gotcha DC. was just wondering if there was a way to embed google album pics in the thread. i've had to save them off to a different image hosting site, then 'copy image location' and insert from there. not the easiest method, but it works.
