From a photography perspective, looks like you might have a bit of a back focus issue...maybe not, but that's what it looks like to me.

That 9 degree tour only driver is really sweet. Heard he had TMaG put like 0 degrees of bounce on his irons but those look pretty standard.

That's called having a "shallow depth of field" where you're intentionally blur the background in order to focus on the object closest to camera. Looks spot on to me.

That's called having a "shallow depth of field" where you're intentionally blur the background in order to focus on the object closest to camera. Looks spot on to me.

Well aware what depth of field is. Was just saying so because in some of the shots, nothing is quite tack sharp, and in some, the focus appears to be a bit further behind what I assumed the point of focus was.

It wasn't a jab, it's something that happens quite often with cameras. I have a few lenses that I have to micro-adjust because they either back-focus or front-focus and it affects the sharpness.

Have you tried to hold an awkwardly unbalanced object in one hand while shooting photos with a 1d (or another large, full-framed DSLR) in the other? It's not exactly easy even for a seasoned pro in a non-studio environment. Or maybe they were shot on a Nikon.

My guess would be no and to add to that, trying to do all those shots in less then three minutes cuz the player and caddy are waiting! Gorilla photography at it's best.

A. I was not complaining. I was offering input that I thought might be helpful. Sorry. How does 'Looks like you might have a bit of a back focus issue' equate to me complaining?

B. No, sorry I'm not familiar with the photography you do, but the fact that I'm not this site's official photographer does not mean that I don't know anything. I'm quite familiar with the weight of a full frame body, as every day I work I carry a 1Dx, 5DIII, and 7DII(not a full frame, but still) on me.

Here I thought I was just offering something constructive to someone who shares my passion for photography. That was my sole intention, but don't worry, I'll avoid these threads from now on since it's apparently a massively sensitive subject...

Yeah, the fact he's reserved makes me believe that he takes his time to think of the best answer to the question asked, also find him to be very candid in interviews
