I made a negative post earlier in the thread, but I tried them on, and they were very comfortable. All of a sudden, they are a whole lot better looking. The one concern I have is the spike out on the toe. It looks like it has the potential to damage the green. Has this been a problem for anyone? Thanks.

I didn't like the design in pics over the Internet but saw the shoe in person for the first time today and was impressed. It looks much better in person and in hand. The side stripe isn't pronounced and flows into the heel nicely. The red laces and the top red eyelet on black shoe is the only thing I didn't care for, but laces can be changed. Has anyone gave them good time on the course?

What happened to FJ? Outside of the DryJoy Tours and the Icon's they're shoe line is a mess. They were always the leaders in the great traditional golf shoe, it's fine to bring to market shoes like the DNA's to compete with Adidas and Nike but the Hyperflex and some of their other stuff has been atrocious lately. The Countour series looks like a geriatric shoe.

Just picked up the 2015 version on sale.....awesome shoes, so comfy and I haven't replaced 1 spike in the 2 months I've had em.

I'm off the DNA's. I've had a pair of them before and I didn't think the quality was that good and I got weird comments on them... very metrosexual being among them.

Got 2 pairs of the 2016s as replacements for my 2015s with known issue of the constantly falling out spikes. First of all FJ customer service is top notch and they stand behind their product. Secondly this next gen model is just as comfortable as the previous one, sizing remains consistent, and I do not have the spike or toe box separation issue at all. Not crazy about the design, but I was replacing all black and all white models so it worked.

That being said, I will probably go with a set of Icons next for a more classic look.

They are very comfortable. Especially for people that walk it is a great shoe. I hear you on the initial look but they are comfortable for sure. Not have a problem with the front spike. I thought the same thing when they came out with the original but I don't think I have ever snagged it.

I do hope they don't squeak like some of the 1.0s do. Two of my playing partners have the squeaky DNA 1.0s (I have a set as well).

Definitely an improvement on the original. They've rounded the toebox a bit and reduced the overhanging spike arrangement as well - both improvements over the original in my opinion. The original was just too 'pointy' for my taste and weren't that comfortable to me. These look like an improvement and hopefully the new Hyperflex will be as well.

These look HORRIBLE & HORRENDOUS. FJ basically seems like a 59 year old man is designing shoes based off what sketchers they see a 20 something wearing in the office, then go & create a shoe they thunk the young golf crowd will like.

Designs like this will push me to Nike...

Just picked up some discounted original DNAs, all white. Felt good in the store and great looking , not a bad deal with retail price being so high. I don't think I would ever pay $200 for shoes .
