True, but if you make it to the PGA tour, I can't really call them "weak". Maybe the people I play with on the weekends are weak, but not PGA tour players (that earned their way to play).

lol such a bogus statement...any of those guys would wash the floor with the guy saying weak field. The difference between them and the guys at the match play is far smaller than you think, its a matter of opportunity and confidence. Those guys in the field would shoot low 60s at your home club easy work. So in fairness, stick to writing pointless posts in forums. Great win for a good kid, excited to see his career progress.

 

Seriously, so what. The top 64 players in the world didn't play. By any standard that's a weak field for a PGA Tour event. To even argue that is ridiculous.

I have the same shaft in my hybrid (105x), I have been really thinking about doing the same thing, I just have not found the right 3iron head, I am looking at Callaway, any suggestions?

Good for Tony. Played great all day in those tough conditions and deserved to win.

 

That missile he hit off the tee on 17 with his driving iron was awesome. Looked like Poults had had enough at that point. The guy just mashes the ball.

Why not build the same club Tony is using? Throw a Vapor Fly Pro 3 iron in there and start striping it!

I am absolutely loving the colors of gunmetal/blue VPF irons, the blue looks so good to me. It's half the reason I want to pick up a Method Origin in a couple weeks.

Thought the exit from cally was a little contention in nature ?? Pxg , they could use a guy like that , but their marketing doesn't pair well with him IMOP
