Not a fan of the IX's. Would have considered if they did a white/Black pair like the original AJ IX release. They also look too bulky for me. Passed on all the recent Jordan golf releases and am patiently waiting for a XI golf release (dear god please do the concords and NOT with the TW free soles)!

I have a pair of the IX in white and they're really well made, fit nice, comfortable and heavy for stability. Great shoe. They look really great in person, too.

Might have to sell my TW15's in black and pick up the IX's in black too.

I got both color ways in and they just didn't do it for me. Love the look but they were a little too high on the ankle and seemed too much like basketball shoes for me. The wife thought they were too bulky as well - I was hoping to talk myself into keeping them - but they have been returned.

The 9's were basketball shoes. The TW14 bottoms actually make them bigger than the original bball shoe I would think.

 

The only thing keeping me from these is price.

First, I couldn't keep up with all the new balls. Then clubs started to come out almost yearly. Now there's a new shoe out every season. And no, I don't mean golf season but actually all four seasons!

Wore my Jordan Runners today and absolutely love them. Anyone got a size 11 they want to offload?

Just got mine in(IX)....It is overall a great looking shoe and appears to be well made. They are not as "bulky" in hand and they appear online. I can see just by trying on how it could be an issue with the height of the shoe against the Achilles and ankle, but haven't played in them yet to see how it affects movement. Feel comfortable and supportive, not quite as comfortable as the trainer. What is crazy is the fact that these cost more than the basketball J's(my dumb @ss still bought them) but hopefully the price point will drop in future releases. Will follow-up after playing in them....

Ended up selling my 9s. Pretty comfy but a little clunky, definitely a cart only shoe. Might have turned me off to the Jordan novelty a bit (do have Infrared 6s) unless 3s or 11s come out.

With the cherry red XI lows set to drop this summer, my fingers are crossed that a golf version will soon follow.
