The Ross I stopped at had one pair in grey. Looks like some of them are trickling in too.

Found a pair of LC2 in a 9.5 today and a pair of tw black 10.5W. Seems like random shoes coming in now.

Went to Ross of course they didn't have my size in 9.5W. I have

Black: 7.5W, 8W, 9W, 10W, 11.5W

 

I'd be interested in trading anything for the (in order of preference) following sizes 9.5W, 10W, 10...or 10.5W or 11/11W

 

I'd kill for some TW greys in 9.5W.

 

Oh and they had some mont royals. Not the black and yellow but the newer versions with volt and bright orange. They look pretty slick but were $30 so not worth it to me but may be to others

I have passed on them in the past, but thanks for the offer. In the last month, I have bought LC3, Lunar Command, Red TW15, and 2 pair of Waverlys. I am going to start (I hope) being a bit more picky.

 

I think I might have a problem....Just kidding, hard to pass up great deals on stuff. 5 pair of shoes for about the retail cost of one pair of TW is pretty good, imo.

Can't comment on what Burlington or Ross has, they are both 50 miles from me. My local tjmaxx didn't even have a men's shoe....lol

Oh, I was going to comment on the tongue issue. I can tell it's ribbing against my ankle initially. But, I played 18 in them for the first time yesterday and it wasn't an issue at all. I rode in a cart though. But, I couldn't even notice it once I got moving a bit. I doubt it'll be an issue in the long run.

Some people are not very smart. Ross is 30 min from my house. I drive a tundra so $10 in gas. Cali prices. $2 PayPal fee. FedEx 15 miles from me. $6 in gas. Fed ex wants $18 to shop to far east coast. Pay $29.99 plus tax. Say $33 to buy. Your telling me $60 makes money??? Your joking right.

Not to mention my time wasted. Selling them for $60 is a gift because I lose money

Nobody forced you to drive the 30 minutes either. They asked if you would. You could have politely declined. Now if you are going for yourself and tell people that you can look for other sizes, that $10 in gas is kind of a "cost of doing business" IMO since you are already going for yourself. The shipping alternatives have already been mentioned, so I can see easily how $45-50 is breaking even. Also, shoe prices have not been identical from market to market, so something else to consider.

 

I think this is misguided. The issue at hand was that people thought $60 was too much to pay someone on here to get them some shoes and send it. I think it's fine. There are people that wanted it cheaper than $50...like, that's pretty low already. What do you expect? Then he was trying to explain why people that couldn't get them kept wanting the price to go down and still couldn't understand where all the money goes

 

I read it as he was complaining that he wasn't making money off of the deal. If I misinterpreted I apologize, but that's the problem with reading on the internet haha.
