He stated in is press conference that he was using it in the tournament. I'm sure Callaway is happy they have an Olympian on their staff.

Interesting that he is gaming both a 3 iron and a 5 wood. Does anyone know if that XR16 pro 18 is always in his bag, or does he have other fairways he may use depending on the course? I watched him hit FW off the tee at the Wells Fargo 3rd hole which is about 455 yds. That thing was smoked. I can't imagine that was a 5 wood.

He goes Driver/5w/PXG. He really does smoke that 5w. I remember at one time Adam Scott playing a similar setup and outdriving people with his fw. It's all about how the club plays for you.

I'm guessing it's because of Adidas. They are the supplier and that's their font as well as how they style their logo.

Greg any idea what the story is with his driver? Looks like the weight normally present at 9 o'clock is either missing or plugged with something else.
