My opinion is, if a guy can legitimately PLAY, he can wear whatever he wants. Nobody will say anything negative to the guy in sweat pants who just shot 67.

Yeah i totally judge people's clothing if they can't break par lol

I think everyone internally rolls their eyes when they see the guy who is dressed like a Tour pro or doing their best Fowler clothing impression and is chopping it up shooting 110.

Who the hell cares what people wear on the course?! If it makes the game more enjoyable for somebody, so be it.

If somebody is talking about how good they are & shooting 110, that's another story.

If you don't have a wedge game like Phil, should you not play callaway wedges? Or drive 340 like DJ/ Rory, should you not hit TM drivers?

I am a walking highlighter collection, but I wore bright colors when I was a kid, and never stopped. I am now 42 and catch s*** from my group, but I don't care. I can shoot 72 and 92 any given day.

On a different note, has anyone found a good pair that's stretchy but not baggy like the Nike Golf Joggers? Of course I don't want to break the bank either. I have the Uniqlo Joggers but they are still a little baggy.

Were the Nike Flex Joggers slimmer or the same as the prior Nike golf joggers they had?

Puma joggers are pretty legit.

How's the fit? What's the sizing like? I definitely want a pair but not sure which size to get.

They are a modern fit - not baggy like Nike. I wear a 32 in most pants, but had to size up with the Puma's.

One of my biggest gripes with the game of golf, is the rules and conventions around the attire. Most clubs would have you going out dressed like a 18th century dandy of the day, if they thought it would keep out more 'rabble'. Golf is a 'sport' and I'd wear gym/football/rugby/general sports gear all the time if I could. Defo get your comfy joggers and what not on for the range.

Have you checked out the Lululemon joggers? They are not made specifically for golf, but I like the fit a lot better and they are more comfortable than any of the other options.

**Note: I have hockey legs so the Nike joggers don't feel baggy to me, but the Lulu's are definitely slimmer than Nike.

What's the material like? Also which model / type from Lulu? Thanks for the recommendation.

I'm starting to see more and more people wearing joggers on the course and I don't think much of it. The only thing that really bugs me are jeans and t-shirt people. I have a few pair of joggers from Uniqlo that goes for $30.00 and they're comfortable.

I don't see why people have an issue with something that is made for golf. The Puma, UA, and Nike Joggers are made specifically for the golf course. I bought a pair of the Puma ones specifically to wear on cooler mornings where I would normally wear pants, but the dew is really bad. There are no cuffs to drag the ground. They are super comfortable and move great. Club Championship is this weekend, and I will probably wear them Saturday morning as it looks to be in the 50s. They are a little tight on my calves, but other than that, they are regular golf pant. Just no wet hemline

They look like sweats. if you can wear sweats on the course I feel no problem with wearing my jeans or cargos.

You can get slimmer fit pants where the ankles don't drop below the shoe. You won't get any dew on the cuffs unless you go into really deep rough and you'd have that problem with joggers too.

I don't have any issue with joggers, I just don't think the dew thing is really a selling point when comparing them to the slimmer fit pants I prefer.

My cuffs actually very rarely drag the ground but I I don’t like them getting wet if I can avoid it. I generally like the slim fit pant like you are talking about. The ping Lenox and puma 6pocket are great for this reason. I wore my joggers this morning for the first time and I honestly have to say that, other than my calves being a little big for them, I thought they were great. Not something that I a, going to wear on a regular basis. But I definitely liked them. I did get them because I do like the idea of not having to worry about the dew,at all.

Oh hey, let me stop you right there. You CAN'T wear sweatpants on the course. So the rest of your sentence/point is moot. It doesn't matter that you, personally, think golf joggers (specifically created for golfing) look like sweatpants. The fact is, they are not sweatpants. They're $100 golf pants, made with golf materials, that have been tapered to look more skinny/slim at the ankle, with a cuff. That's it. So no, because people wear expensive, modern golf pants, you're not allowed to wear jeans or cargos.
