Didn't like the Fire, wear them today and walk 9 and at the turn switch to FI premiere. The fire for some reason is not comfortable on the toe and back of the ankle.

They are a very stiff shoe, very similar to the Zoom Attacks that were also at Ross in my opinion.

 

If you like the TW15, premiere or any of those similar sole styles, the fire are probably not for you.

The fires look awesome but the fit and feel was terrible to me. The toe box was so narrow and pointy that I just couldn't suffer through 18 and had to change after 4 holes. I bought the black, camo, pink setup from the site with a coupon code. As I said the color scheme was awesome and would've love to see them carry that over to another shoe!

Saw the red ones yesterday at Ross on 72 in Huntsville. Did not like. Also the BC nearby had a few mixed sizes of other models

Those were most likely mismarked. I've bought 2 pairs of chukka's that were priced $19.99 when they should have been $39.99. Saw one pair of LC4s priced at $29.99 and they're normally $19.99 so it goes both ways. I'd be shocked if they're actually priced higher now.

Nope. That is the correct description on the tag.

 

I think you guys are reading too far into it. Some colors in certain areas are different prices.

FWIW, I wore my fires yesterday and I actually thought they felt great right out of the box. No real issues or discomfort, but obviously everyone's fit will differ based on foot shape.

 

Definitely got a lot of comments good and bad, but they may make more frequent appearances in my rotation than I initially anticipated when I bought them.

BCF gets shipments those days but they put out shoes everyday. They said depends on motivation of workers on how fast they get put out.

Correct....no real rhyme or reason to either BCF or Ross inventory movement. Roll the dice and take your chances.....

Can anyone give me some insight on the black pair, just thought they were cool, but nor familiar with what they are.

Don't think they had waverly's in 9.5, they had 8.5 and 11 in the cargo khaki's. Nothing in wide sizes, but they had a ton, i was pretty surprised, mostly because they had a bunch of color ways I had never seen. There was so many I couldn't keep track...Mostly Lunar commands, but few gems in there, all sizes.

Was at my local BCF earlier today (westside of Indy - Plainfield store) and they had a few smaller sizes. What I can remember seeing were...

I'm 99% sure someone at the BCF in Jax is getting $ to sell all the Nike golf shoes to a reseller. Been there 5 times and the only time I sniffed a pair in my size was when I convinced the reseller guy to let me take a pair of 11 LC4s off his flatbed to buy myself.

I don't know about the soles on these. They seem cheap and missing the TPU material.
