I bought both the teal pair and the white pair and I agree with you that they are comfortable once on. In my eyes, there are two issues beyond the obvious pain to put on:

1) They have terrible cushion. You can feel the spikes when you step in them. Could be solved with thicker insole but could impact fit.

2) To me, they are a sore to my eyes. I just can't get used to the look of them.

 

For $20, I am not complaining. May just take the laces off and keep them as a slip on range/quick round shoe. Functionally, I am sure they are awesome shoes. I just find it hard to imagine picking up these when I have LC's lined up next to them.

 

1. i'll have to pay attention to the spike issue. I don't recall feeling them, but then again I haven't paid attention to that.

2. the teal a little more "eye sore" to them, but they work well with neutral shorts and shirt. I like the more casual look to them, especially if I'm in shorts.

Knoxville BCF was loaded with Chukkas today. I'd love to come across a pair of the green/white LC4 at BCF. Doesn't seem like there have been many out there.

Littleton CO had blue lc4 in 8.5 and 10.5 tonight. Also green chukka I think in 10. Left them but got a sweet pair of kobes.

I found Red Lunar Fire's at my local Ross. Only one in the store and in my size. I got lucky that the person that cleaned house missed my pair.

Hard to tell whether stores aren't getting shoes or whether someone is cleaning them out. An employee at the Kingsport BCF said that the same guy comes each day new inventory comes in and buys all the golf shoes.

I passed through burlington today and they had small sizes (8 and below) lc4, 11.5 air zoom attack and a few others not my size (10) at the pinole ca one

North Olmsted BCF had one pair of FI Impact white in 9.5 but ladies and one pair of white LCF in 8. Bust.

The lunar fires are definitely making their way around the east coast stores this round... picked up a pair of 10.5 for $25. Perfect for the holiday weekend...until I get ridiculed for wearing Ronald McDonald's golf shoes. Haha. Anyone try to remove that big Nike lettering on the heel?

There were three pairs of the Lunar Fire at the Knoxville Ross yesterday.

 

I haven't seen any of the green/white LC4 locally and only a few on EBay or FB. I even put a WTB up and haven't received any hits. I guess there aren't many out there. Anyone else seeing them? I'm assuming it is a BCF find and not Ross.

Don't count the red out til you see them in person. Saw them today and thought they were baddass. Just didn't have my size though.

Didn't like the Fire, wear them today and walk 9 and at the turn switch to FI premiere. The fire for some reason is not comfortable on the toe and back of the ankle.
