is that the only tag on the shirt? that looks like one you can remove from the buttons i see on some golf shirts so they won't punch a hole in them. can easily be put back. shaaaaady as fuuuuuuuuuuuge.

I filed a charge back and no response from the seller yet. Made several attempts through wrx and paypal.

He will lose and you will get a refund. He will also be on the hook for return shipping as I understand it. Don't let him try to weasel out of that.

Always interesting to see if a seller such as in this case is willing to come into the thread and (at least) try to explain themselves.

I normally have the item boxed up soon after i post the ad. I wont seal the box until its sells and i always ship the next day and provide buyer tracking. I also follow up with buyer to ensure they received the item and to ensure there were no issues with shipping.

I would invite him in here if he responds to anything. No response through Paypal either.

Wonder if something is up with the seller? Still doesn't make an excuse for a falsely advertised product.
