The putter that's been in your bag forever you cant part with

I'd love to know what putter is in your bag that cant be replaced. I don't know that feeling because I'm always trying something new, but I can appreciate when you watch tour pro's or really good players the putter always seem to be the one club that rarely changes. Putters are very personable so once you get that one its hard to let go. Lets see those pics !!!!

2004 Scotty Futura - I can not remember the last time it missed a put that mattered. I can not say the same about myself though.

then I had it refinished about a year ago

 

 

 

 

 

 

Sorry to say, this is the first time since I got it that I am considering moving on!

 

I think I am going to do a putter fitting and see what the numbers say, maybe bend this one to better suit my swing...if not, I'll move on.

My Scotty Newport from 2012, a present to myself and it hasn't left the bag. Well mostly, sometimes if it misbehaves it gets benched for a couple of games but ultimately I keep coming back to it.

I am in the same boat as you. Just about every time I hit the green in regulation on weekday rounds the guys I play with love to goad me with a "you can 3 putt from there"!

I have an Odyssey Backstryke Marxman that has just been wonderful the 5 years I've had it. Putting is the strongest part of my game for sure..

 

It's Only the third putter I've ever gamed and the only quality one. (starter set, then a wilson)

 

I'm considering getting an O-works Versa #7, but I just can't find a reason to take the backstryke out of the bag, plus I really like the fact that it's face balanced..

For the most part I’ve gamed a SC Studio Stainless Newport 2 since it came out and last year I picked up a TM Spider Tour Black but it hasn’t kicked out my NP2.
