Played Nanton again today. Such great shape. So fun. Greens beautiful. Practice area amazing. The sort of place that I wish my kids could grow up playing.

Yea it looks really good on tv, gonna try to play Monday. Tried to beg, borrow, and steal to get on Canyon yesterday but they were packed apparently, last day before they shut down for the senior.

Yeah it would be nice to jump on the courses right before an event. Would be dialed right in.

Played Paradise Canyon again today. In epic condition right now as always. Definitely the best course in the area.

If you are in the Calgary area do yourself the favor and drive 25 mins east of the city to carseland and play Speargrass.

 

One of the nicest, most reasonable priced courses around. Probbaly the 3 toughest finishing holes in Alberta.

 

Sirroco is a sweet track, I was a member there for a year. off the tee it is pretty straight forward but with the ugly laying greens you have to hit it on the right level to score well.

 

I am a member at the canals at delacour now. Great course. They have a new superintendent out there This year and the greens have just now got to the speed that they have previously been known for.

Yea I've played it a handful of times, its not bad, they seem to churn out some pretty decent jr golfers there.

Was actually way better than i thought it would be. Little bit of a weird layout with a few silly holes on the back 9 but overall pretty solid. Greens were in outstanding condition too! Wouldn't be upset playing it again.

I'm going to try River's Edge on Sunday. Might be the last round of year in Canada. AZ in November!!

Pretty sure we're done up here in YEG, I think a few courses were holding out to see if last week's snow would melt, but the 10-15cm on the weekend killed any hopes of that...hopefully down south fared a little better and you can still get some October golfing in before this (probably long) winter sets in...

 

Enjoy AZ in November Double K! We usually head down over Christmas but won't be this year as baby #2 should be arriving early December, I'm predicting some early 2017 trips to the simulator to try and keep the bug away!

I am not so sure. I know Lewis Estates is planning on reopening this weekend, and so is Millwoods. The Derrick said the same thing, as long as the weather is as forecast for this weekend they are going to put the flags back in. Might have one more weekend to play up here.

Got a call from the proshop and was told my weight kit came in. I ordered that about a week ago. So i told them i would pick up when my driver shows up. They then told me there is a box from big T with my name on it. Going to pick up soon.
