The cut was made at +3, two shots higher than the ANA Inspiration (+1), one shot lower than the USWO (+4), the same as the KPMG PGA Championship (+3), and two shots higher than the Ricoh WBO (+1). I'd say the course was playing to major standards.

The average cut this season for the non majors was +0.6. The highest cut of the year was the Pure Silk at +6, which was played in very tough conditions.

The cut for USWO would probably be +5 for Top 70 and ties.

I do feel real bad for Lexi, 18 was kinda tough to watch. I really hope she figures it out, cause she's so great to watch when she's on.

I saw that too and really felt sorry for her--- I think something mentally is going on with her and not just golf----- Honestly I thought she was going to melt down then and there--- I hate to see anyone in that state

Anyone know anything about Amy Olson?

She's been on tour since 2014, and hasn't done much. 'Only four top tens in 5 seasons.

She played for North Dakota State, where she had 20 wins (a school record). She was a member of the 2012 Curtis Cup team.

She's also the one that everybody forgot about playing in the final pairing at the ANA on Sunday with Penilla Linberg

Nothing to do with the Evian but feel it should be acknowledged, Atthaya Thitikul is -11 in her final round at the World Junior Girls Golf Championship, she's gonna be a player.

I am already excited about the "Women Amateur Masters" ( or formally "Augusta National Women's Amateur Championship" ) next year. It will instantly become the premier event for amateur golf. US Am can be volatile and great players sometimes get bounced early.

Atthaya Thitikul and Lucy Li in the Amen corner ? you got it.

Yet that will be a great event, the more golf at Augusta the better, I'm even still hoping the Pro women will get a week there every year, someday lol. And Atthaya end up shooting -12 on day, some pretty solid stuff.

I also agree, match play is always a fun event to watch but I feel stroke play need to decide big-time events. I also say the women need a WGC Match play format on their tour.

It'll be broadcasted 12:00-3:00 PM on NBC Network Saturday, April 6, 2019. The Golf Channel will provide "Live from ANWA" all day long.

It's its own website https://www.anwagolf.com/.

I won't be surprised it'll be the most watched women's golf event all year, amateur or pro.

Watching the broadcast, I sure didn't see too many happy faces on the greens. Or the fairways for that matter. Even though the scores were lower today, there are still some tough approaches, and even tougher putts out there.

And the pins look brutal tomorrow, they are almost all on the edges or tucked. If you're gonna be aggressive than you better be dialed in lol

I think she needs to play the UL, then call it a year. She needs an extended break, a month was not long enough. If she doesn`t fix her mind, she could easily end up in a bad place.

I`ll be rooting for Sei Young as well, maybe my prediction from Tuesday finally prevails. I don`t mean to take away anything from a possible first time winner (Olson) but I don`t like the idea of her winning a Major as her first. 4 career top tens in 4 years on tour..how about some more top tens, then a regular tour win first.

I wouldn't rule out another first time winner doing it again. We've had three in the past 7 majors, with Danielle, Pernilla, and Georgia hoisting the trophy for their first wins.

Sei Young is capable of a 63, or a 75. Not sure who's going to show up.

I'd love to see Lucky 6 pick up the win, and join the LPGA in 2019, but I think she's a few too many shots behind.

My money is one Inbee, though. She's like a shark that smells blood in the water. She'll hang around within two shots of the leader, and then attack when the leader blinks. Seen it way too many times.

If Amy Olson repeats her worst round of the week tomorrow, she'll finish at -16; Inbee needs to shoot -7 to force a playoff.

Inbee's best round of the week has been -4; the odds is clearly on Amy's side.

Amy has been a great ball striker but putting has been her downfall. She's caught lightning in a bottle and has putted great this week.

Anyone know anything about Amy Olson?

Her maiden name was Amy Anderson which she changed to Olson a couple of years ago when she got married. She won 20 tournaments in college at North Dakota State which was an NCAA record held by Julie Inkster with 17 wins. I believe she also got her CPA after she graduated.
