I’m a fan of Sneds, but I don’t think 9 wins (even with a Players and a FedEx Cup) gets you in the hall of fame conversation.

I'm not sure if it's him or if it's Bstone. Look at their current product offering, really not a whole lot of players focused clubs. I wonder if they are backing out of the segment and focusing more on stuff for mid to slow swingers, much like XXIO.

He only really ever used the irons a couple wedges and Ball. Otherwise he's been in Taylormade Woods, a Vokey K Grind 60* and his Odyssey putter forever. Bridgestone Tour B X irons are still available as well, so not like there is nothing for him to play.

Yeah but there is nothing really new that is player focused and I dont see the tour b x irons on their website. The whole point of staffers is to display the latest and greatest for marketing, if they are largely focusing on the game improvement type market and don't even have a players focused product line, they can really only offer bag/ball deals

With all due respect, Snedeker is no where close to the hall of fame unless he bangs off a couple of majors.

Chi Chi Rodiriguez has 8 wins and no majors and only 4 top 10s in majors. Brandt Snedecker has 9 wins and 9 top 10s in majors and is still only 39. While it's not a jaw dropping resume it's already better than a guy who is in the Hall of Fame.

That putter and grip are amazing. It's not like he can't just go get another grip in like 5 minutes. Sneds just don't give a f*ck.

The j15CB's are 1000x's better than the Tour B's....there is zero comparison. Sneds is playing all time great CB's.

Please explain to me what makes the j15's "1000x's" better than the Tour B's. I've never played the 15's....have no problem admitting that, but I do currently play the x-cb's and I find them to be fantastic. The shape is great, the lofts are right where I'd want them, and (presumably due to the endo forging) they feel awesome. Everything is subjective to one's own taste, no arguments there....but for you to say "zero comparison" is pretty extreme. So please enlighten me as to what makes them thousands of times better (cause that's an awful lot)

@PittShark agreed. I also play the tour b x cb’s and find them to be one of my fav sets I’ve played to date. I tested the j15 cb’s and thought they were incredible as well. Just prefer the smaller profile of the tour b. Two very well made irons no doubt.
Would love to see Sneds back in the hunt in more tournaments.

The more traditional look, a more balanced clubs due to weighting, & they are more forgiving.

Chi Chi also has 22 Champions Tour wins including 2 majors, was the first Latino from Puerto Rico that maybe you could say opened the door for Lee Trevino when he joins the tour in 1960, was a great ambassador for the game. Yes, there were better players but at a time where it was a “white mans club” what Chi Chi did at the time is deserving of his HOF nod based on his accomplishments on his play and being a brand ambassador. As far as playing careers you can say they’re similar, as whole Chi Chi has done a lot more for the game of golf.
