Ping i210 vs Titleist 620 CB vs Titleist T100

I’ve owned the i210s and now play the 620CBs. I also tested the t100s extensively. The i210s and t100s both felt dead to me. The wider soles tended to be sluggish for me through the turf and I never got that satisfying feel of compression. They both tended to just take gouges from the turf - preferring to glide over the turf instead of cutting into it. They just didn’t suit me. Both are obviously excellent choices given their usage and success on the Tours, but they were not my cup of tea. 
 

 I tend to favor smaller profiled irons, so my preference for the 620s was not a surprise. If you take a decent divot, like I tend to, the thin sole and leading edge grind are really excellent. Once I got the shaft dialed in, the feel is really outstanding. I’m really enjoying them. They look darn sweet, too.

I just switched from the i210s to the 620MBs. The i210s just seemed to spray more on miss hits and solid shots seemed to have a wider dispersion pattern. Call me crazy, but the 620MBs are pure magic to me. solid shots go pretty much exactly where I expect them to be and repeatedly so. Miss hits lose distance but not as much as I would have thought...however they go much straighter than the mis craps with my i210s. I think part of it may be that i'm more focused with the 620MBs as I know it's a blade. These are the most amazing irons I've ever hit.

Yeah , I just grabbed some i210 heads ......I'm excited.....still have a 7i demo club that I've pulled once in a blue moon.....hit it on 6 shots today and loved every minute!

I recently picked up a 620 CB/MB set (4-6 CB & 7-PW MB).  Although higher lofts and "easier" to hit, I really prefer the MB's over the CB's.  In the end I still like my I210s more, but the distance control on those MB's was really good. 

 

Also my first time trying out Modus shafts (have the 120X in the 620s), will need more time to really make a  decision on those after being a long time DG player.
