Received email notification this morning that Grooveit is taking pre-orders for the new and improved brush and they are expected to start shipping the first week in December.

 

They're offering $4 off the pre-orders until 17 November which basically amounts to free shipping.

 

Comes to $22.80 total.

Just to bump this; Grooveit still hasn't shipped a single pre-order. They just update their IG with irrelevant content while continuing to push their shipping date back for a bunch of weird reasons in their DM's. Did anyone else pre-order and think they actually won't ever deliver? it's sort of hilarious at this point.

From about July thru October I emailed and messaged Grooveit several times about the cracked barrel on my first generation brush and never received a response.

 

I also pre-ordered version 2.0 on the very first day available and have heard/received nothing nor have two other guys I know.  Like you said I keep checking the website and their Facebook page and it's either nothing at all or two weeks, two weeks, two weeks......

 

I really like the product but they've got some serious issues.  Seems like Covid is just a blanket excuse for everyone's failures or shortcomings now.

wet them with your bottle , dry with a towel. mine stays in the tee pocket when not in use.

they last a really long time.

some people like to have a clip model but there's enough stuff flapping around IMHO.

Just got a Groove It tool, and it's awesome... It has a strong magnet connection between the clip and the tool... pull it off the bag, and then get the two pieces close and it's re-attached... just a great design, overall.

 

Spray feature and a big head with thick bristles (phrasing!) gets the job done. Honestly, I'll probably send my dad one for Father's Day.

Haha, guess I should have read the whole thread!

 

I got my Groove It (ordered through Practical Golf) with 0 problems. Seems like they sorted out the inventory problems, even if they have mediocre / bad customer service... I think it's a great tool... hopefully I don't have to deal with the company!

Thanks for the suggestion and thanks coincidence that this discussion popped up.

I lost my brush today, it fell out of it’s holding clip, again. The magnetic holder seems like a great idea. 
Ordered two just in case. Shipping costs to Europe are very reasonable, what’s not to like?

Received my new generation Grooveit a couple of weeks ago and they definitely upgraded the build quality.

A damp towel works great especially those waffled towels. I find them work quicker than brushes and cleaner too. I also keep a cheap brush just incase.

I use both which, for me, works better than just one or the other.

 

I use the Grooveit to quickly and thoroughly clean out the grooves and then the waffled microfiber towel to wipe off the excess from the face.

 

Everybody has their favorite way and this is mine.
