Showing topic and not individual posts was not s bad to tweak as we thought it was. Nice to have that behind us.

But it's not working everywhere. Thank goodness it's working on "posting" streams as they are the 2 most important.

 

But it doesn't appear to be working in "Content I Follow" as that one is still showing 1 line per POST.

 

Not a huge deal but it would appear the "fix" isn't a global one. Then again, "Content I follow" is a different sort of,,,,,,,,,,,, well,,,,,,,,,,,,, sort.

 

On another note, the mid-day yesterday "change" of putting the "announcements" on the right hand side of EVERY PAGE, INCLUDING within a thread has cut the page width in HALF while reading through a thread.

 

While I might occasionally care about that content I'd MUCH prefer the ease of reading through the posts on the full width page layout.

Mine's already set to that.

 

I remember fooling around with it early on & I believe I changed it myself - but that doesn't seem to work now.

That default is set to content and returning results as content only for me.

Galaxy s10e (Brave and Chrome) iPhone 7 and iPhone XR (Safari). 

 

I've attached screen shots from the galaxy and iPhone 7.

Also for comparison the other screen shot is from a wrx article. The article looks like all my other web pages, easy to read. My Zoom and Font size is already jacked up on the galaxy and iPhone 7.

@Gxgolfer When I look at the forum on a Windows PC the forum font size is good. 

 

I'll also add that 90% of my visits to WRX forums are on a mobile device. Never had this problem on either versions of the old site.

I don’t see anything off on the screenshots. You can enlarge the browser zoom.  Click the “A” to enlarge or shrink

@Gxgolfer  I see that option you point out for Safari mobile but I don't see that on Chrome or Brave on Android, which is the only way I access WRX.  I already have my base system font and zoom set higher within Android. My Site Accessibility setting in the both Chrome and Brave on Android are set to 160%.  This is also global setting within both browsers and is NOT site specific like the Safari button you show.  I can't jack it up anymore or the font on every other website will get too large.  So bottom line WRX forum font is still considerably smaller than the font of other websites including your own at WRX.

Definitely loading the mobile site.  

As for the support thread you linked, that is for iphone.  I use the Galaxy S10e. The iPhones I tested using Safari were friends just for me to test.  Like I said, the font on WRX is fine but the forum is so much smaller.

No the Apple iphone was small also in the forum text.  

If you look at the three screenshots I provided last night;

First screenshot= S10e, Brave (160%) (Chrome looks the same) = Font Small

Second screenshot = iPhone 7, Safari (100%) = Font Small

I also checked the site on someones iPhone XR and the forum font is small.

Third screenshot = S10e, Brave = Font much larger in WRX article.

 

I see on the iPhone I can jack up zoom on individual sites but can't do that on Android Chrome or Brave.  I can increase the default font but then that will increase zoom on all sites and all other sites would be way too large.  Compare screenshot 1 and 3, and you can see 3 is already large, so if I increased zoom just for the forum then all other content from other websites is just way too huge.

 

The link you provided was for desktop Chrome and I don't have any issue with that, it looks fine on the desktop at "Medium" the recommended browser setting.

 

All I know is message font was never this small with Wrx 1.0 or 2.0 and it just became a problem on 3.0.  By testing devices that aren't mine I know it's not just my settings, nor my wrx account.  I have no idea what % of forum visitors use mobile vs Desktop but I'm almost exclusively accessing mobile which is where there is a problem.
