That shouldn't have happened and I apologise. I ship everything personally priority 2-3 day. I will look into it immediately.

I just checked the tracking and apparently it's been delayed with no reason given. I can't apologise enough. I specifically hand ship every order to avoid these problems.

 

It left Vegas on the 9th and there is no info after leaving Texas on the 15th.

 

If you don't receive it in the next couple of days I will figure something out. Either a refund, a new shipment or both.

 

This is not the kind of service I am trying to portray as a new business. Apologies again.

Just curious how was it shipped? I've been waiting for a head cover from Seamus for almost 3 weeks from USPS. They suck and are having all sorts of problems,

It was shipped USPS Priority, should have been there in 2 days. Another order on the 8th made it to Florida in 3 days with no issues. Really disheartening when another company makes you look bad. Clearly I need to look at other shipping options in the new year as I don't want this happening again.

USPS has tons of delays due to COVID and more people shipping stuff so just got to wait and hope packages haven’t gotten lost. I’ve been waiting 2 full weeks for a package from CA.

The shipping problems are disappointing.  I want to try this out, but USPS has already lost two items during this Christmas season, and another one I purchased appears to be lost.  That would make it a 75% lost rate.  Can’t pull the trigger unless other shipping options are available.

I will be looking into adding other shipping options today as I agree this is very disapointing. I understand these are unprecedented times with Covid and Christmas all rolled into one but obviously I need to provide different options as I don't want delays ruining the initial response to my new product/company.

 

I appreciate all the support from the WRX community and for bringing this problem to my attention so I can fix it.

Quick shipping update.

 

I have just added new shipping options to the site. You can now choose between USPS Priority, UPS Ground, UPS 2nd Day Air, FedEx Home Delivery (ground) or FedEx 2Day. If anyone else encounters shipping issues please let me know here, via email or Instagram and I will help however I can as quickly as I can.

Another update.

 

I just got back from the post office here in Vegas where I had a chance to speak with the manager and what I was told is that they are dealing with four big issues. An insane volume of packages, a decrease in staff, Covid in general and the biggest issue is that due to the fact they don't have their own fleet of planes they use FedEx and Domestic air carriers and all packages were recently bumped for Vaccine shipments.

 

Also, apparently they are so inundated with packages they can barely move around in the distribution centers and pre-vaccine flight bumps they had multiple planes get diverted due to weather and are still playing catchup with those items.

 

All in all it's a whirlwind of insanity at this point. Hopefully it gets sorted asap so everyone can receive all their late packages.

This looks like a great product, I really like the fact that it's one club, but the price is what sold me. I've been wanting to get into speed training for awhile so I'm really excited to try this out.

I was a lucky one and received my product in a couple days after ordering. Loving the product so far. Very easy to use and change the weights. It was exactly what I was looking for (one club and cheaper than superspeed). Definitely recommend if you’re on the hunt for more speed. Also only have positive things to say about the owner. He has taken the time to chat with me and answer some questions I had.

Thanks very much! I was able to sneak out to the UPS Store before they closed today so you should be able to try it sooner rather that later. As the first UPS shipment I have my fingers crossed we don't run into any issues or delays. Looking forward to hearing how you get on with speed training. Thanks again!

Opened the package today. Nice training club, well built. Generic tour velvet grip, steel shaft and 5 weights. I measured each weight and they are 48 grams. Shaft with base weight is 216 grams and max with all 5 is 408 grams. total length with 5 weights is 42.75 inches. In MI, so can't get out right this moment to swing, but will try out in the garage in next couple of days. Felt solid in hands, feels well built. Nice sack to cover weights, so when in golf bag, won't bang other clubs.

Was able to swing in garage last night, with all weights. It is heavy, but not a sledge hammer. Hope to spend more time New Years weekend (year end work heavy in my occupation). I never tried the Superspeed, but like the idea of only one club vs 3. I also need to look at the videos on the MaxSwingSpeed website. I will post more this weekend. I don't have a radar, so I won't be able to track actual numbers.

Some more swings today. At max # of weights, it does not feel to heavy given the 400+ gram total weight. I also took off two weights down to approx. std driver weights, 300+ grams. You can notice the speed difference. I tried opposite hand swings (I am left handed) and other than my normal coordination issue swinging opposite handed, it felt alright. I don't have a speed radar, so no data. Plus remember as I am in northern US, I haven't swing a club/played for over a month. I hope to start some indoor dome play next Thursday and they have Trackman Range. Plan on practicing each night and will have some data to report. Overall, very happy with the purchase.  Still need to look at the vendor videos.

I should be getting mine in a couple of days and will report on progress.  Going to set a baseline with a swing speed radar to track improvement using their program.  Looking forward to trying it out.

wish i knew about this before getting my superspeed. Just wondering how secure to put screw-in weight at the end... I would definitely talk to people to check it out as many are considering superspeed.

I wish you knew about it first too, LoL... Hope you're enjoying your superspeed, it's definitely a good product too and can help gain speed no doubt.

 

As for the screw in weight concern, I did lots of testing with different length threads before settling on the final design. I tested them by swinging with the weights loose on purpose and they didn't come off and finger tight they've never budged at all.

 

You can even hand tighten them to the point you almost need pliers to get them apart. It's always recommended to give the weights a gentle check before swinging and if you do there shouldn't be a problem.

Got mine today and will start the 8 week protocol on Monday.  Will be taking a baseline measurement with radar with my driver so I can see progress.  Club looks like it is well made and the weights look easy to take on and off.  Really like that it’s just one club vs the Super Speed 3 clubs.  Can see using this regularly for a while.

I have let Andrew know mine arrived today, start the work tomorrow, UK in lockdown no golf !,!!!!!!!, even though I can buy a plant or some plaster in the garden centre or builders merchants 

 

even though it’s freezing I will get togged up in the gear just as I would for the Saturday usual 18 and get out in the garden 

 

so looking forward to this not sure what to expect, worked really hard last year on fitness which didn’t work out on the course and I thought the 2 would go together not sure if anyone else may have thought the same or experienced that.

 

it will be a little in the dark as everything is shut so benefits in hitting and seeing results will be a while but we have to work towards being positive 

 

I am also waiting for some fitting news from Ping Uk re the G425 driver as a belated Xmas present 

 

I think the warm up is essential how did everyone else feel about that beneficial?
