Why Tiger has had so many surgeries

From what I understand, the amount you should eat to grow muscle is a function of both your body weight and body fat percentage.  I'm not a bodybuilder, so I don't know for sure.

You’re numbers are definitely very strong but nothing crazy for your size. Plus you’re routine has some finesse. If you were rockin the tren 🤣, you wouldnt be machine rowing standing on a ball lol

 

You gotta lift in a roid gym to see how insane weight people can move on juice. Like back in the day, me and my boys joined this place our roid friend with the 5.0 lifted at lol and lifted there one summer. This was the early 90s, all the club bouncers from the county lifted at this place, some competitive bodybuilders and just flat out lunatics. It was awesome.

thanks man. i was 195 there, that’s the weight i competed at. definitely a lot bigger than most gymnasts. my

quads are about 30” each so that’s where i carry a lot of my weight

Same can be said, I don’t live my life to push heavy weight. I’m just saying this because this is a golf forum and we are talking about Tiger. Fred above looks like crap to me but he can push a ton of weight.  Doubt he could ever swing a club worth a darn either, too much muscle with a lot of body fat. John Daly was big but he was soft and flexible.

😂 I hardly live my life to push heavy weights either. I built my foundation when I was younger and now basically maintain. Good point. Back to the golf and Tiger talk!
